Excellent place and ambience . We visited the restaurant twice . Once for lunch on New Year’s Eve and once for coffee on new year . The service was excellent . Lunch was delicious with many vegetarian options in salad and also pasta and czech delicacy smazeny syr . The staff was welcoming and Apple strudel was the star . Highly recommend if you are visiting/crossing Náchod

Nice and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Perfect bathroom, equipped with everything needed. The hotel is just on the center. Breakfast also very good. Restaurant and coffe bar are great.

Can only rate the restaurant and café, but the two are truly amazing. Gorgeous(!) Art Nouveau exterior and interior, with great and polite service, seasonal menu with tasty food, and reasonable prices. We felt underdressed but tourists are very welcome. Hidden gem 💎

We visited only hotel café so I can review only that. But we were astonished. Great atmosphere with air of beginning of 20th century. Beautiful interior. Polite and professional staff. Very good cakes freshly baked by their own cook. (We have been there on Sunday morning and the cook kept bringing new fresh pieces. Wow.) They have gluten-free option as well. And last but not least - good coffee. I look forward to stop by here again.

The food there was amazing. I had the pasta salad with pork tenderloin and my mother had the ceasar salad. They were both godly but I'd recommend the pasta salad over the ceasar one. If it wasn't on the other side of the Czech Republic I would be there all the time. 5/5

Looks fancy, but luckily no snobbery from the staff. Food they offer is a tasty mix of Czech/Austro-Hungarian classics. The prices are a bit higher than the average is in Náchod, but it's well worth it.

Nice location in the center of the city nearby the castle. Clean rooms and interesting architecture of the common areas. Standard breakfast.

Over the restaurant: I really appreciated the quality of the food - good selection of traditional meals with modern touch. But what I loved the most was the healthy & tasty vegetarian lunch option! Very good service!!!

Nice rooms, very big, the problem is the showers, the water come out because the curtain is so little.

Really nice place, helpful personnel and good food. Veal cutlet was particularly good... :-) the whole place looks, that Náchod used to be a important trading town.
