Implement-IT

I am SO THANKFUL for the EXCELLENT service from Implement it Karlsruhe! The charging cable tip broke off in the charging port of my iPad Pro. Fortunately, the technicians at Implement it were able to remove the broken tip....all within 3 hours of taking it in for repair! I will absolutely return to this location for any future repairs, battery replacements, or other service needs for my Apple products. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and courteous. THANK YOU so much, Karlsruhe team!!

The guys at this shop are really amazing. Really friendly and most importantly, very helpful and competent. They took their time to help me with my unusual problem and then they went the extra mile for me to make sure it was quickly fixed - I am extremely grateful for that.

I also had the chance to get to meet the technician in person - usually these guys are hidden and underrated - and he is just great! As is the person on the floor - einfach genial!

Really very nice and helpful people. The technicians are extremely fast, kind and professional, and they go out of their way to ensure a first class experience. The location of the store is very central in Karlsruhe and is easy to find. I had an excellent time and will definitely return to buy my future Apple products from here. Very highly recommend!

The customer service was excellent. I received my order 5 days before the normal delivery date. Even though I did not have an appointment, I was able to solve some other problems I had with my laptop. I would say Implement-IT employs a really good method of customer interaction and prioritizes customer satisfaction. The staff is extremely friendly and I would defintely visit again for future purchases.

My experience here was fantastic!
When I first came here I was experiencing a display issue that was apparently common amongst my type of MacBook. Turbo was able to open it up and within 5 mins he told me what was wrong and what he can do about it.
It was repaired very quickly, and Turbo was super professional and has a really friendly personality. He also spoke perfect English, which made me feel super comfortable.
I had a really good experience here and if I ever run into another issue again I’ll definitely come here.

I needed to get my old macbook fixed urgently, and they provided me real quick and friendly services!! The technician was really understanding and kept me updated with the issues of the laptop and repair process through email! :) Special thanks to Turbo, the technician who fixed my laptop!

It doesn't matter if you don't speak German, the store staff speaks very good English and he is really really friendly and helpful. The repair service is very considerate, efficient and of high quality, I will go back to this store if I need it, of course I hope I won't. But highly recommend ! ! ! NICE SERVICE and EFFICIENT REPAIR, just have a try.
BTW, there are also lots of products there , just go and experience! near marketplatz, in the city center, good location, another good reason you should not miss it if you need some help with apple products.

The technician Turbo at ImplementIT was extremely helpful, very warm, superbly friendly and very knowledgeable! Even though I was in tears over the state of my MacBook, he was very sympathetic and kind and assured me that he would do his very best to help me and get my Mac up and running. And that’s exactly what he did eventually. Apple is fortunate to have a fantastic employee like Turbo. My best experience with Apple EVER! ♥

About three weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment from a local authorized Apple service provider to fix my Son’s IPhone 7. I went there and met a kind man who was the responsible for my situation.
After diagnostic the cell phone, he gave me some reasonable descriptions and also useful suggestions. Considering his professional, friendly and respectful behavior, I trusted him and did as his suggestion. The cell phone after troubleshooting was delivered to me on time.

I got my iphone battery replaced by Turbo today and not only was he very friendly and helpful, he finished quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend him to others because he truly knows the meaning of good customer service.

My experience with Implement-IT was so Awesome

This is regarding my MacBook Pro with German keyboard where I wanted to have an English-US keyboard, then I had been to this Implement-IT outlet, there is an Indian guy called Turbo was so helpful by nature and the way he receive customers. He replaced my MacBook Pro’s keyboard with English (US) with in very short time (as per the apple standards), and this man Turbo was super professional and has a friendly personality.

Very knowledgable staff who kept me informed of all stages of the repair to my MacBook. Sayambhu dealt with all aspects of my repair and was incredibly professional, knowledgable and polite. He also speak perfect English! If you’re in the area and need your electronics repaired then bring them here.

Great experience. I had my battery replaced by "Turbo", and he handled my phone as if it were his own. He went above and beyond when ensuring my phone was operating optimally. 5 stars!

Reason for my visit to the store:
My first visit to the store was because of a problem with my iPhone, Sim card wasn't recognized by my iPhone (I tried everything in the book to fix the issue, not even DFU restore helped). So I decided to go to this store to receive some help on this issue.

Tech Support:
"Turbo" from Tech Support took my iPhone, ran diagnostics and did some tests and found out that the Mainboard is fried, problem unheard of in his time in service. Because I bought the iPhone in the US, there is not much that can be done but trade it in by RMA for a new iPhone.

The Next Day I walked in to do the trade in deal, I was told by the staff I would have to wait a week before this problem could be taken care of because I didnt have an Appointment.
Turbo walked in and did his absolut best to get me up and running again.

Solution:
Turbo requested the RMA by Apple and told me that it would take a few business days to receive my replacement iPhone, without hesitation he offered me a rental iPhone so that I could atleast still make phone calls (free of charge rental) for the duration of the time (also completely unheard of in my experience in German customer service).

Summary:
I was positively surprised by the friendly, understanding and helpful customer service given by Turbo. If you are ever here regarding technical support, ask for "Turbo" He will have you up and running in no time!

I would just like to note, that the other staff in charge of sales is fairly strict in regards to doing things by the book, nevertheless I can understand that.
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars, because I cant say anything other than good things about my experience here thus far.

The person who attended to me was really friendly and helpful. He gave me honest advice about my Macbook (on which I had spilled a glass of water) and went out of his way to help me. He went up to his technician-colleague multiple times and got me the information I needed on saving my hard disk. Really appreciate their help!

I needed a replacement for my non-working airpods, and the service was really fast, there working very nice and helpful people. They wanna make sure that you will get the best they can do and they just wanna make their customer happy. It was comfortable to make an appointment with them via official apple website and their working hours are very flexible especially for people who work 👍🏻 I have got my new airpods within 2 working days - that was very fast and it means a lot as I felt empty without my airpods and going jogging without music was not that fun. Also, guys speak English! The store is located in the city center - quite comfortable to reach and easy to find. Will certainly come back to them in case I have problems. (Also they have a very broad choice of armbands for Apple Watch - worth checking out!😉 Noticed that some colors were on sale, which is quite rare for apple armbands! ) Highly recommended store!

I was been there on 22.09.2021, and the 2 staff that they were working there was so friendly with me, with a lot of suggestions and advices, they let me to leave my MacBook Air for charge battery free of charge, thank you so much for your service!
