Ulm Münster left me speechless! The cathedral's size and beauty are awe-inspiring, and the panoramic views from the top of the tower are breathtaking. Knowledgeable guides added depth to the experience. A must-visit for its beauty and historical significance!

We visited this church during the Christmas markets. What a beautiful setting. The church is the tallest in the world (it is actually not a cathedral). It is stunning inside and outside. We really enjoyed our visit. Massive in size. Stunning in beauty. It is free to enter.

So beautiful! Couldn't climb to the top as we were very tired but the inside was breathtaking! Definitely go during the Christmas market because it made the experience magical!

The Gothic-style ancient cathedral boasts a spectacular interior with soaring ceilings and intricate sculptures. Sunlight streaming through the large stained glass windows of the nave bathes the entire space in beautiful hues, creating a serene ambiance. When the bells chime, a tranquil stillness envelops the surroundings, offering a moment of spiritual clarity.

Climbing the high tower is an option, and if you have the stamina, reaching the top provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding city. Currently undergoing maintenance, access to the tower is limited, but once the restoration is complete, I look forward to returning to this place to embrace life anew.

Amazing gothic church, the tallest in the world. You will see it from anywhere in Ulm, and you must enter it to enjoy the interior. The entrance (without climbing to the top) is free, and the church opens at 10AM

Great church. A piece of art. Quite some parts are still under reconstruction. Be prepared to spend some time wondering around and enjoying many wonderful details.

The church in Ulm is a must-visit attraction with a rich history. This magnificent church offers free entry and a unique opportunity to climb to the top and witness the entire city of Ulm. However, sometimes access to the top may be limited due to unfavorable weather conditions. The tickets are affordable, and there is usually a short wait time. The church is also child-friendly, making it a perfect destination for families. Don't miss the chance to explore this remarkable church, and experience the beauty and charm of Ulm.

You can't climb all the way to the top of the tower in winter. Just as well for me. If you have a fear of heights, or vertigo, skip the climb!
Very impressive cathedral.
Check out the bird with a twig in its beak on the roof spine.

If you are ever in Ulm, or passing by with a few hours for your next train connection, and if you like Gothic style buildings, you need to see this very interesting church building.
If you like taking bird’s eye views, this place will interest you, but be aware, there are many steps to climb up if you want to take great pictures of the town from above. Likewise, it will take you time to get back down.
The inside of the building is also marvellous with great designs and centuries old architecture.
This place is close walking distance from the Ulm Hbf train station and I would recommend a tour visit and if you can, go up to the maximum point where you can take unobstructed photos.

Amazing place because of the architecture and also the energy vibe in there. I recommend you to climb to the top and get a great view. I went on the morning and it was not busy. At the top you can find a small museum when they show you some pictures and paintings from other cathedrals. You can also see the big bells 🔔, just be careful they don’t scare you will you’re climbing.

Magnificent cathedral! The gothic aspiration up to the sky is impressive. Stone lace, sculptures, ancient frescoes, paintings are simply magnificent. But the greatest impression is made by going up to the observation deck of the highest bell tower in Europe. The price is not big, 5 euros. But while you climb to the top, you will curse yourself for your blissful curiosity!😄Descent from the bell tower is another adventure!

A beautiful old chapel. Definitely worth going to see. It has the most beautiful stained glass windows. Was in such a pretty setting over Christmas with the Christmas market and all the lights and decorations.

Up close it's like a stairway to heaven. In detail it's like a whole world. You can't fit this into a single picture or video. It's SO BIG. I didn't have time to enter because of the opening hours but the experience of just walking around it was stunning. The height is... just wow! A gigantic structure. I loved it. And the Saturday bazaar that was featured made it even more welcoming. From afar it is like a ghost tower.

Tallest church of Germany. The entry is free. You can get a ticket to do stairs to reach the top of it. If you are into history, it provides a lot of great stories. The interior is filled with biblical stories. Nearby there are restaurants and open spaces where you can relax.

Pictures from February, 2022.
The best experience and also the most challenging is to climb the stairs to reach the viewing platform at the top of the cathedral. Narrow staircases, straight upward climbing is quite exhausting. But really worth of giving it a try. Also the view from the top is really fantastic, a mesmerizing birdeye view of Ulm.

What a wonderful day#17
Ulm city.
Ulm is the birthplace of Albert Einstein.
And also Ulm is a nice place..
With the tallest church tower in the world, Ulm Minster is, of course, the city's most dominant building. And the Münsterplatz square on which it stands is an endlessly fascinating place that offers a great mix of history and pioneering architecture. But there is more to Ulm than this. The former Free Imperial City boasts a variety of historical attractions,
