Easy to book, great car, friendly staff. When the type of car was no longer available I was upgraded without hassle and immediately to a much larger car. I never had to wait although the place is very busy. I highly recommend this place. Use the app. Much simpler.

Great experience... I have got the chance to drive a BMW X3 with the price of just 120€ for 3 days...
And the car is really good and at its best...
Staff was friendly and quick in their job.

I booked a car a few minutes before closing, my booked car was not available, I’m fact no car was. A system error caused this. Luckily Lisa The Area manager was available and not only did she find me a car, she upgraded me to a luxury one. Wonderful service by Lisa. Thank you!
