SIXT Autovermietung Ulm Hauptbahnhof

The service is very good! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got a great upgrade for just a small amount of an extra payment. We rented a car for 9 days and everything was as expected; perfect! The office is very central and just next to the Ulm train station with a very good connection to the city. I can highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks a lot for the great experience!

The Sixt office is right in the Bahnhof. However, their hours are limited and sometimes they're not open as long as they post. The parking garage is a bit of a walk from the Sixt office. Cross the street, walk through an outdoor shopping mall and into the garage. There's a garage much closer - right at the Bahnhof, but Sixt uses the 7th floor of another garage. Returning the car was tricky because the GPS kept taking us to the closer garage and we just couldn't find the entrance to the Sixt garage, so we actually had to leave the car in the garage that we could get into then walk the keys to the Sixt garage and send them an email explaining. I was so worried! But the Sixt agents were very kind and understanding. All turned out fine. The car was comfortable and seemed brand new. We drove it to Niederstotzingen (about a 20min drive) and back. There was no USB charger for phones- they had a smaller, oval-shaped charger and a charging pad though. I would definitely use Sixt at Ulm Bahnhof again and am so grateful for the Sixt employees who helped and were understanding about the parking situation.

Nice kind helpful staff, easy drop off&pick up even the location is not the same (at the moment the 7th level, top of the Deutschaus parkhouse)

Mit dem eigenen Wagen an einem Samstagmittag liegengeblieben war kein Vermieter erreichbar, ausser Sixt, die ja!
Der ADAC konnte zunächst keinen Ersatz bereitstellen, so habe ich selbst bei Sixt in Ulm gebucht, in der Aufregung fälschlicherweise zwei Autos. Der aufmerksame Mitarbeiter hat mich angerufen und freundlich und verständnisvoll Stornierungen angenommen.
Diesmal und in der Vergangenheit war ich stets äußerst zufrieden mit Sixt.

Leicht zu finden da am Hauptbahnhof. Die Fahrzeuge stehen 5 Minuten entfernt im Parkhaus. Gute Anbindung, wenn man nach der Rückgabe den ÖPNV braucht.

Leicht zu finden und sehr freundliche Bedienung

Wir mussten uns ein Auto von hier mieten da unseres den Geist aufgegeben hatte auf der Autobahn bei Ulm. Das Personal war hilfsbereit freundlich und hat auch eine super Auskunft über alles gegeben. Da wir totales Neuland betreten hatten. Absolute Empfehlung und wenn wieder mal so etwas passieren sollte was ich nicht hoffe. Dann kommen wir wieder auf sixt zurück. Danke nochmals. Einfach super.

Klappte ganz hervorragend. In der Vergangenheit gab es hier und da mal ein paar Problemchen mit der gebuchten Rückgabezeit, aber diesmal (Januar 2020) lief alles problemlos. Frau W. am Counter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sachkundig.

Dafür dass es im Bahnhofsbereich von Ulm, zur Zeit baustellenbedingt etwas drunter und drüber geht, kann die Sixt-Filiale nichts. Trotz allem ist der Weg zum und vom Parkhaus Deutschhaus gut zu bewältigen, auch dort sind die SIXT-Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und kompetent.

Die Qualität und der Zustand der Fahrzeuge sind ebenfalls frei von Mängeln.

War wieder top bei SIxt am Bahnhof in Ulm ein Fahrzeug geholt zu haben. Super Service freundliche kompetente Beratung. Hier merkt man das der Mitarbeiter der vor Ort war auch in Stresssituationen cool und gelassen reagiert, und an Freundlichkeit nichts vermissen lässt. Solche Mitarbeiter passen zu Sixt einfach super. Auch die Rückgabe des Autos war super schnell bin wirklich mehr als zufrieden.
