What an amazing place. Warm and comfy place. Real authentic food, not that white washed stuff you normally get. The name is on point, it tastes like mom is cooking. Looks simple but super delicious. Totally worth the price.

One of the most authentic Chinese food in Hannover. If you like Cantonese flavor, you will like it. The price is super nice. For 15 Euro, you get all the food in the pictures. Highly recommend!

I can guarantee that you won’t get disappointed with the food there! The restaurant is owned by a very lovely and kind Hong Kong couple. This is REAL Cantonese flavour and it reminds me of home! Great food, great atmosphere and very kind people!

Delicious and authentic HK cooking. The crispy roast pork reminds me of exactly what I had back in Asia. Edith and Patrick are a warm and friendly couple, and they make you feel right at home.

I love this restaurant and this is surely one of the best restaurant in hannover. The food i really authentic and of course taste very good. I like the atmosphere is this restaurant, very cozy and comfy. The price is fair, for 15 euro you got the main course, soup and dumpling of the day and also you can buy the frozen food here. When i eat here it feels like my grandma make food for me and the best part is this restaurant doesnt use MSG at all, so it will be more healthy than average chinese food. I recommend to eat crispy chicken and gulou yuk. The couple that runs this restaurant is also very kind and welcoming, this make me want to come and eat there again

I really loved this place. The food was amazing. The vibe was very chill. The owners were super nice and cheerful. With 30€, you can have a full course meal including drinks and dessert(ice cream). The rolls and Teigtaschen tasted homemade. I had the Mapo Tofu and I loved how it hit the right level of spiciness. The lady owner kept making rounds to check everything was alright and it shows they care about customers.

My only recommendation though is: For anyone interested in going, you should make a reservation beforehand. I was lucky to get a table without reservation around 17.00 on a Friday night as all tables were reserved starting at 19.00. That way you'll avoid stress for yourself and for the service.

We spent our night eating and talking. The vibes and warm-hearted owner brings a lot of home feeling to us as a foreigner. Thank you for your food and thoughts! I definitely will come back and eat here again!!

Last night we dined at Mama's Kitchen, a small and cozy restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious and the flavors were spot on. The couple who run the restaurant, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming, clearly put a lot of care and attention into each dish. The standout dish for me was the crispy pork belly, which was cooked to perfection. The portions were also generous and satisfying. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Hong Kong cuisine. Overall, a 5-star experience.

As someone who is from Hong Kong, I am confident in vouching for the authenticity of the cuisine here. Particularly recommending the 燒肉. It's rare to come across such quality 燒肉 in Europe and many would agree that it's an iconic dishes that one should definitely give it a try. Fair portion with affordable price.

On top of that, unbelievably friendly and humble owners. Kudos to Edith and Patrick for building such a cozy place and preparing all these appetizing dishes. If anyone is keen to find out more about our local culture, they are also more than happy to share their experience with you back in Hong Kong.
