Blautopfhaus Schönhofer am Blautopf

Great little side stop on a road trip. It's not very big but it's beautiful. Took only 15 mins or so to walk around it.

Blautopf is an amazing natural pool at spring, and it is located app. 80 km further southeast of Stuttgart. The place will absolutely have you released some serotonin, and you will enjoy the quietness of its environment. Please keep calm and quiet while enjoying your visit :)

Süper nice place to visit. İt was a sunny day without clouds and no filter applied in the photos. The source of the water is fantastic wit it's amazing greenish turkoise color.

What a view. Was lucky this time. I saw the blue water. Recommended for a day trip. The old town and museums are also worth visiting. You will also find traditional German food in the nearby area. Easily reachable via public transport. Great place to bring your kids as well.

Beautiful town. Parking is a premium do go early and enjoy the beautiful blue water.

Very idyllic place to eat. Directly at the famous Blautopf lake an water mill. Friendly staff. Traditional meals, ice cream, cake, etc.

Very crystal clear water , it's looks great on a summer Sunny day when sun light directly drops on water surface.20 min walk from Blaubeuren train station.

I loved it here so much. Its so beautiful to look at and peaceful. Its crazy to think its real there. It just looks amazing. I recommend anybody who will be near here to visit. 10/10 the gifts available there are at fantastic prices and the selection is also amazing. I will return many times within my lifetime.

This palce is just 15 minutes walk from the railway station. And so peaceful to walk around. The water in the lake is so crystal clear and even you can see the reflection of castel which is next to it. If you interested you go on for a small hiking around the Blautopf lake.

I wasn’t expecting the blue water, but its real 🤩. I was wondering if its photoshop or similar, but no, its true. Different paths alongside, beautiful town.

Very cool area 👍. A quaint village that cost zero 💶. A natural wonder. The blue water is breathe taking and with the back drop of the church and the small town, it's a must if you are close by. I would recommend it as a quick thing to do. Perhaps only 1 to 2 hrs.

Quite an interesting and beautiful place to visit, highly recommend. Not hard to arrive and quite close to Stuttgart or Ulm.

The city around is really nice and authentic, lots of places to have food or icecream. There is museums too and lots of places to hiking and nice walks.

The only problem is finding a parking spot and might take you some time if unlucky, the best is to go not in high season.

Close driving distance from. Stuttgart ! Small pond with deep blue water reflection. Phenomenal , toursit spot. Trekking trail! 5-11 km or more depending on how you plan the day. Restaurants nearby area, on weekends crowded with tourists. Difficult to get parking , but end of the world it's possible. Also since it's natural springs, swimming area is nearby, so if correctly planned , good for one day family fun.

This is a beautiful spot within a beautiful town. The "blue pot" spring originates deep underground as part of a cave system. An easy trail surrounds the spring and also continues along the edge of town.

Fantastically beautiful natural anomaly, in a quaint German town. Parking is a bit tough, but signs lead drivers to center of town near a tourist info center/museum that is worth a visit. Light walking was very pleasant as the town's fachwerkhauser are a treat for the eyes. Many coffee shops and bakeries enroute, and a decent one right at Blautopf mill/pond with a beautiful view. Pictures tell the tale of this beautiful natural wonder. Go on a weekday, before lunch to avoid crowds.
