Hotel Singer – Relais und Châteaux

Truly excellent in every way! We recently stayed here for a second time and it was incredible from the spa treatments, all the gorgeous views of Alps, the hotel ambiance and the staff (Stefanos) made it a really enjoyable stay.

Wonderful hotel with a great price value ratio. Everything is at the top: the beautiful location, the views, the cosy common spaces, the comfy rooms, great beds, the food at the restaurant, the organisation, the spa, the cleanliness, the services at the spa and of course the staff. From the receptionists to the barman, the waiters, the room maids… all very very nice and very friendly. But what makes the whole very special is their attention to details, all the details. We’ll come back!

I don’t normally write customer service reviews but I had to write one for the Singer hotel. We went on a family skiing holiday this January and the experience was consistently excellent. Everything from the ease of getting around (e.g. the hotel’s own free shuttle) to the amazing 5 course dinners every night were faultless. Specifically I would like to call out the service of the wait staff who were some of the best I’ve ever had. Notably Sandor and Thomas. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful old fashioned hotel that feels like coming home. Excellent on all levels, but not for loud groups and young people. Ski area is nice but less challenging for advanced skiers.

Perfect hotel in a beautiful area in Austria. Very professional and warm staff. Excellent food and cosy rooms. Perfect for a summer hike or a daytrip to Neuschwanstein. We can't wait to go back and discover the hotel in winter season, that must be Fab as well! Congrats to the Singer family and the whole staff.

Absolutely the place to be to relax. In the summer months you have lots of hiking trails. And once your done you can take advantage of their beautiful spa. The breakfast is superb just about anything you can imagine is offered with very friendly staff. The evening course meals are fantastic and lots of variety. They really go out their way to make your stay here a visit to remember. The only minus point I could say is that there isn't any refrigerator or water cooker in the rooms to store food for your hike, or coffee on your balcony. In the winter it gets even better. I recommend that you give Singer spa a try, you won't regret it. 😊

Stayed here in August 2013 and had a wonderful time. The views from our room on the top floor were spectacular, even in though it was foggy and rainy. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and gracious. Our room had a nice seating area and the bed was very comfortable. My one complaint was that the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The food each day was very well done. Be prepared for a long, multi-course European dinner. We found it enjoyable, but it may seem a bit old-school for some. Given that we were there during a quiet time of year, it was easy to find free parking in the public lot across from the ski lift.

Excellent hotel in every way! The host family Singer and their staff make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible! Delicious food, warm atmosphere, great views, great location, absolutely fantastic wellness and pool facilities. Thank you!

The best of the best. The service level is extremely high, performed by very kind people. The setting is enchanting and the whole hotel is so cosy...! Also not to forget : the tasteful assortment of many cheeses every evening, together with the 5 course dinner: le paradis! Can’t wait to go back.

Unparalleled experience. We spent 4 nights of our Honeymoon here and the experience was exquisite beginning with Mr. Singer himself greeting us at check in, the to the wonderful spa experience, to the 5 star dinner every night. They even planned an amazing picnic for us by a waterfall at the end of a beautiful hike. I cannot say enough about this place and we will absolutely be back. Oh, and the sommelier Thomas is AMAZING!! So helpful!

Super hotel!

Wat een geweldig verblijf. Het hotel draagt de gezelligheid van een familiehotel en tegelijkertijd is de service absoluut 5*. Van de receptioniste tot aan de sommelier: iedereen wil de gasten ontlasten en als koning/koningin behandelen. Het mooiste van alles is dat dat laatste gedaan wordt op een manier die niet voor bezwaarlijke gevoelens zorgt bij de gasten, omdat de mix tussen formeel en informeel tot in de details begrepen wordt door dit hotel.

Het restaurant, de lobby en de bar waren plekken waar we graag hele dagen hadden willen verblijven. Wat een gezelligheid, professionaliteit en heerlijkheid.

We hebben tijdens deze reis meerdere hotels meegemaakt (2x 5* en 1x Singer) en Singer hebben we 100% als beste ervaren.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous y allons, Quel hôtel, Quel accueil, Quel endroit, Tout est magnifique !
Les chambres sont d’une propreté impeccable, On y mange bien et le cadre y es idéal.
Le personnel est aux petits soins Et toujours avec le sourire sourire.
Il faut mettre un peu la main au porte-monnaie, mais honnêtement on ne regrette à aucun moment.
Je recommande à 100%

Tolle Location (direkt an der Skipiste) mit außerordentlich freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal.
Wir waren nur über das Wochenende und zum ersten mal Gast in diesem Hotel ...und wir wurden empfangen wie langjährige Dauergäste ...gerne wieder ...weiter so
