You must visit this cafe! The vibe and the waitress are so charming! It's also in a beautiful location, vegan-friendly, affordable, and the cakes are delicious. Do not miss this one!

When we went there they had no Black Forest cake. I had the Klostertorte instead and it was amazing!!

Cafe at the monastery was almost magical. Not only are the owners absolutely perfect, kind and wonderful hosts, but the food is delicious. It was like being inside a Brothers Grimm Story in a beautiful black forest home. Make sure you stop here, they made our day.

Simply amazing! Great atmosphere, absolutely friendly staff, delicious home made cakes (they also offer vegan products) and baked goods - everyone here went beyond and above to make this stay unforgettable for us. The table is pre decorated before one arrives which was just perfect. Easily one of the best brunches I ever had with lots of fresh products and great coffees. All I have to say to this family run place is - it’s highly recommended! Don’t miss out to book a table.

The black forest cherry cake, or Schwartzwalt kirchtorte, was really enjoyable and fresh. I loved the atmosphere around the old monastery!

We arrived in Hirsau after a hike which we started in Calmbach. For better or worse we had a picnic break shortly before arriving in Hirsau, so at the Café we were rather full, however we did were able to have a hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows which was rather enjoyable. Other positive impressions we left the Café with were the impeccable decoration of the building and the friendly service from all staff. All of these elements framed in the setting of the impressive Kloster ruins made it quite an experience.

Oh what a beautiful little café. Located in the area of the old monastery ruins the location could not be much better. Charming old house , great coffee, best hot chocolate ever ( as my daughter stated) and wonderful friendly servies. If you are in Hirsau, don't miss out and visit this little gem.

Only problem, as everything that is in Germany... They close at 6PM! But well, you need to get used.

Beautiful setting, co-located at the monestery ruins. It was perfect for a quick stop and a lovely coffee and cake.

Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Man merkt das alles aus eigener Herstellung ist. Es war fantastisch und sehr lecker . Ein guter Start in den Tag. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Unterhaltung wie bei guten Freunden. Es gibt sogar eine gute Auswahl an Torten und Kuchen die sogar teils Vegan sind.

Wir haben heute die Konfirmation unserer Tochter im Café im Kloster feiern dürfen.
Das ganze Team hat dazu beigetragen, dass dieser Tag unvergessen bleibt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit allen Sinnen genießen!

Nach der Standesamtlichen Trauung hatten wir das Frühstück was sehr gut und Reichhaltig war. Wir haben dann noch 2 Kuchen mitgenommen für zu Hause. Alles sehr sehr lecker und selber von den Inhabern gebacken, sogar die Brötchen 👌🏼Eifach top besser geht eigentlich nicht.

Wir waren zum Osterfrühstück im Café und waren total überwältigt wie liebevoll alles eingedeckt war. Die Qualität und die Menge der Speisen, einfach unschlagbar. Alles frisch zubereitet. Die Chefin und ihre Mitarbeiter sehr, sehr aufmerksam. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
