Hotel Restaurant Café Uhl

Very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Cafe Uhl in Rothenburg. In the heart of the beautiful walled city....walkable in all directions and no car needed. Old World Charm on the outside and inside. The rooms where clean, the breakfast (included) was good and the service was excellent. The owners spoke English and personally checked us in and took care of us for breakfast. 👍

The professionalism and helpfulness of the staff is incredible. We made a mistake in our reservation date and weren't supposed to check in for another day with my family of four! Without missing a beat, they were able to adapt their accommodations for our needs. Parking is close by ( just on the other side of the Siebersturm . Hotel/cafe has great pastries and breads and of course the local beer made just across the street. The photo shows the famous point Plönlein. The rooms and cafe are just inside the wall and tower (Siebersturm) on the right side of Spitalgasse Street as seem from pic.

I had breakfast and lunch there a few times and I am very happy with their food and service. Robert is such a great person and made our visit to this restaurant great! I totally recommend going to Restaurant Cafe Uhl if you visit Rothenburg!

A very nice warm place specially in winter and after a long walking day in the streets of Rothenburg. We visited their coffeeshop and ordered tea. They had a great collection of chocolates and desserts which was really tasty. All was so good. Service was quick and amazing, staff there are smiling and so helpful. A very clean place with a washroom downstairs. Highly recommended.

Great location close to the famous Plönlein, nice English-speaking service, amazing breakfast (it was not initially included in our reservation, but we could have it for an additional 12 EUR each, which felt like a very good deal).

We had an excellent one-night stay at the hotel! Our quaint room had a beautiful view and clean new bathroom. A plentiful, satisfying breakfast was included at 8am, which was perfect timing for our busy day.

Awesome Cafe and restaurant with many options of sweet and savory! Perfect service and great products like drinks, cafes, cakes, chocolate and famous snowball dreams!

Our room was perfect. The location can't be beat! We were treated kindly by everyone that we encountered at the hotel and cafe. Parking was easy and convenient.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Rothenburg. Comfortable bed, nice TV with range of channels and well equipped bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast was basic but adequate with friendly service. For the price paid I was satisfied with the experience.

Literately one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. I can be picky about what I eat, but being in Germany, you have to try wienerschnitzel. My God, it was amazing! And the beer was fantastic! I would go to Rothenburg again just for the food! And such a quaint little restaurant.

Nice stay in this hotel, they are in old part of Rothenburg (close the main entrance gate). Nice rooms and good cakes
