Swissôtel Quito

A little bit too far from downtown to walk, but still okay if you use taxi.
I liked the hotel, service and wonderful rose smell in the hall.
Got dinner in the bar and the portion was just WOW!! I couldn’t eat that all! Tasty !
I couldn’t make to gym, so many people and a little bit stuffy, pool area is small and I was not lucky enough to find a bed.

Probably the best hotel in Quito the Service is awesome ,food ,drinks were top quality. If you are in the bar ask Emerson to prepare you one of his signature drinks called Pisco Sour probably the best in Quito.!

A great hotel. Very nice rooms and friendly, helpful service. I also had a great view.

Great location central to downtown. Gym,pool, restaurants, shopping 🛍, bakery, breakfast buffet.

Very good hotel , in good neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and professional always willing to help. The hotel is very clean , the decorations and a design is nice . The breakfast is huge and they have all variety of food ,all is fresh and immediately replaced if coming to end . They serve also equadorian food so I had the opportunity to try and to experience.
The room is very spacious and clean . Comfortable mattress and pillows which is very important for me . Only one thing I would add . The shower is missing of hand washer tool. Only a permanent one at the top . So it will be nice to have an option for a hand handle washer .

Excellent place and good food with nice rooms

The Heart of Ecuador. Most amazing place to host a celebration. The service was the most amazing I have ever seen. Choreographed service of food was unbelievable. Not a thing out of place. Professional staff and service was outstanding.

This is a very nice hotel with big rooms. We enjoyed our stay. That being said we made the mistake of having them do our laundry. DO NOT use their laundry service. We gave them a plastic grocery bag full of basic clothes. Any where else in the world it would be no more than $10, but they charged us $90. Mind blown. Lesson learned.

This is one of the best hotels in Quito. It's really spacious. It's also located on a great area; around La Floresta. I personally went to the Spanish restaurant called Maitane. Food was incredibly good. And the service was amazing as well. Great place.

One of the best Hotel in Quito. It's based in a good position to reach almost any place in the town. It has old fashioned room with a king size bed. Interesting the fitness area that is open very early in the morning and very well equipped.

Is a great place for vacations. Love it !

Very good hotel located with many restaurants nearby and supermarkets, the attention of the staff was excellent. Very modern and very comfortable facilities, very large rooms with lounge included, capsule coffee maker, ketle, with all kinds of amenities. The bed is large and very comfortable, but for my taste and to put a point against are the pillows, for my taste they are very low.
The breakfast is very rich, abundant and of quality, even with a stand only for ceviches, fish and another of prawns.
The gym is second to none, with all kinds of machines, eye that the ellipticals are outside the gym and I thought they did not have. Machines in great condition and new.

Great hotel! Nice sized clean rooms. Good gym with a heated indoor/outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is great. ATM on site. Staff are all helpful and friendly.
