Very nice hotel and very well located, the food was delicious and the service provided by Karina at the front desk and Francisco in the restaurant was excellent. They both are and asset to the hotel. My family and I will definitely come back!

Great place to stay with really friendly staff. Absolutely loved the Churrasco and lemonade they have is freshly made. Security is top of the line! Just wish they had a pool though like in the picture

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very good location, close to great malls. Staffing is amazing and transfer service is very good and safe - you might need it as the airport is far.

There was this young man who made my stay in every way wonderful as I was like a chicken with my head cut off every time coming and going from the hotel this trip but he always handled everything to help me anyway possible to make things easier for me and was so calming which is very important when you are from another country and his English was excellent. I travel a LOT and you just dont find that kind of customer service these days! JW Marriott Quito is lucky to have him! He is real management material even though he was new there; it was like he had managed the place for years. I am so grateful to him. Pedro Menendez is such an asset to the hotel and the number one reason why I would recommend JW Marriott Quito to everyone I know. I have to go back again very soon and you can bet I will be staying there! It will be great to visit knowing all the familiar staff who are all so wonderful.

It’s such a good place to relax after our Galápagos trip in Ecuador. It’s clean, safe and comfortable next to the huge park and a Chinese restaurant a block away. We had one night reservation in the beginning but we ended up staying there for two nights more.

All in one, comfy luxury room, fresh pool, delicious food and drinks to take the edge of, a must book hotel!

Staffs are very kind and helpful. They have front desk staffs(some of them speak Enlgish) and secrurity guardsmen 24/7, which was very relieving for my business trip over 7 days at the hotel. And the breakfast meals are just amazing, it gave me good strength to work at foreign country.
