I've been on the road for 9 months and Michele and Angel helped source out parts for my 2010 BMW R1200GS. My balance shaft seal decided to leak in Quito and they bent over backwards to help me ! We tore my bike in half and fixed the leaky seal. No stress, just awesome customer service !!! Thanks guys !

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mr. Angel, shop owner at MotoHell. Mr. Angel speaks English which was a relief for me so I don’t have to break out my google translator. Mr. Angle and his staff were professional, courteous, and drop everything they were working on and jumped on replacing my worn out front tire with a new knobby tire. The process was quick, precise and clean, not to mention the fee was soooooooo reasonable. I would trust them with any work with your motorcycle.

We took our bikes here for some work and it was excellent. They also helped us out later down the road in Peru when we had some other issues with one of the bikes and they went above and beyond to make sure we got all of the genuine parts we needed and got the bike sorted. You can communicate with Michele in English to which also helps a lot if your Spanish isn't great. I would highly recommend these guys.

Travelling through South America in a 2011 Kawasaki (2 people + luggage), we eventually we ran into a few issues. Taking the bike to Moto Hell was the best thing we could have done! Not only did they replaced and fixed all issues, but also ran a complete check up and tests to make sure everything was running smoothly. They definitely know what they're doing and as a result the bike's performance improved. Overall, great and honest service at a fair price.

We've been travelling throughout South America on two DR650s for over eight months and both bikes needed a little TLC. Michele and Angel from Moto Hell were just what the bikes needed. We arrived in Quito with several clutch problems (after a mechanic in Lima fitted the wrong clutch kit), Sata & Michele we’re so helpful & friendly, took the bike immediately and set to work on it. I needed to have the bike back quickly and on the way to Bogotá had some more problems with the clutch slipping. Moto Hell called a dealer in Bogotá and asked them to check our bike free of charge. We couldn’t ask for better help, or a more honest bike repair shop than Moto Hell.. highly recommend them!

Went to Moto Hell with my KLR650 2011, had problems with the clutch and vibrations in the handelbar during the ride. Can highly recommend that place for a service, as well to get some spare parts or just a knowledge exchange for some questions. These guys really know what the do!
