I bought some shorts in my usual size and paid in cash, however when I arrived at the hotel I noticed that they were a little small. The next day I returned to the store to exchange for a larger size, but there was no stock.
That's when I was informed that I would either accept a credit note or it would take 5 days to process the return. Moreover, the amount would necessarily have to be transferred to my bank account in an Ecuadorian bank (which I obviously don't have).
Not satisfied, they informed me that it was my obligation to check the T&Cs on the store's website using the QR code on the receipt.
Terrible service from the main sponsor of the Ecuadorean national football Team… What a great postcard from this beautiful country.

Nadie te asesora en la compra de unas zapatillas para correr. Solo son simples vendedores sin formación técnica.

Me fue horrible, 4 veces le pregunté al asesor por la ropa deportiva de dama y al final el regalo que hice fue de hombre por mala asesoría!
