Nice variety but too expensive than others

Bought 180€ winter boots from Salamander. After 2 weeks both outsoles started to come loose from the boots. I returned the boots to the store and they said that they will try to repair them in 2 weeks. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now and still have no information from them when are the boots repaired. I think winter will end before I get my boots back. I hope after repair they are fine.

So disappointed with this shop. Customer service zero, watch out for sale scams. Plastic shoes on sale for expensive prices, masked as leather . I'm sorry to say I have never experienced the following: I buy two pairs of sandals, one rieker and one Gabor. Having realised within seconds that the Gabor sandal was plastic, it had a very confusing marking, which sales assistants couldn't help me with, I quickly found a more expensive pair in leather, but was refused to exchange. I find this unacceptable. I cant trust this shop or these brands any more, both been my regulars! Watch out if you have feet like me which react in allergy to plastic soles and uppers.

Mooie schoenen maar het personeel is niet echt klantvriendelijk. Ik moest mijn eigen schoenen inpakken en in een tas doen. Geen hulp bij het passen
