Hestia Hotel Seaport

Stayed here with my son on 8/28-29/2023. Room #212. Twin bed room. Room was clean and comfortable. The window opened. Wifi is good. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast has good variety. Location was perfect as we caught the ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki. Ferry terminals are directly across the road. Also, close-by is a Rimi Hyper supermarket in the shopping mall. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town part of Tallinn. Price made this an excellent value.

Great option right across the ferry terminal, great rooms and excellent breakfast.

For travellers who like Scandinavian simplicity, hotel is suitable. When the site around will be completed to reconstruct, it will be a very good location, close to ferry terminals, busses, new interesting restaurants and shopping centers. My favourite evening walking was to go to Cruisers Promenada (in ~700-800 m) to see the Sunset with a glass of wine

Great hotel for company with pets, but was expensive due to Ester vacation and the included Sauna SPA service was closed. But the location was excellent, since it was close to the Curse Ship Terminal, the room have a has nice view over the sea and the boats. The breakfast was good and less crowded with people.

Great location looking over seaport, and not far from City centre.
Reception staff were polite and friendly which made me feel welcomed and comfortable there.
Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of different variety.
Would I stay there again? Yes! Absolutely! 5/5

Wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff and great service in this hotel. Right in front of Terminal D, in case you want to travel to Helsinki by ferry. Unfortunately there are construction works outside but they will be over soon. Totally recommend this hotel 10/10.

The hotel is next to ferry terminals A and D and the "Viru keskus" bus stop and tram stations. If you are a tourist and rely on catching public transport to visit places then commuting will not be a problem.
The hotel rooms are quite clean and a decent breakfast is served. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a nominal price.
The hotel is a few hundred meters away from the buzzing commercial center

The reception staff or restaurant staff didn't seem to be very customer friendly. They were not rude or anything but lacked a smile and didn't even greet us back when we said "hello" in the mornings.
It felt like they were just doing a job and were not motivated to serve the customers better.

This hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. You can rest in good rooms and enjoy good meals in the restaurant. Chef really surprised me when I made an order 5 minutes before the restaurant was closed. Excellent salmon, tasty hamburger and pizza. And everything was done in 15-20 minutes. The staff was very helpful all the time. Thank you all so much for your great work.

Nice and quite hotel. Close to the port, promenade and the city center. The breakfast was very good too, there were different variations of breakfast food and drinks. Overall very good experience. Beautiful place!

For travelers who planned visit to Helsinki via ferryboat this hotel the best decision! Clean, polite personal, garage, good breakfast, WiFi and 100 m away from Departute Gate! One minus - no refrigerator in room.

It is next to Port and close to city center. Breakfasts are fine enough. Despite the room was a bit small, and there was no locker inside the room, everything was fine enough, especially with the price.

Excellent position of the hotel in case you want to visit Helsinki. Very friendly and clean hotel, with kind staff and good food.

Good, hard to beat when considering the price and location. Clean, stuff is friendly and helpful. Hotel has a free parking, which is a huge plus.

Hotel was good but don't visit Estonia in the winter time because it is really cold there :)

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Really close to port and only few minute away from town centre. Also free Wi-Fi.
