A lovely park area adjacent in part to the old city walls of Tallinn. When we were there the Tallinn flower festival was taking place which was running from May to August. At the foot of the city walls individual themed gardens have been planted using imaginative materials. A great display of colour and inventiveness.

Beautiful place to walk and enjoy a little peace and quiet before the entrance to the Old Tallin. There's no toilet in the park as some would expect but there's one not that far away. The park itself is not big but you can take beautiful pictures with the four towers!

Talinn is a top spot for lovers of castles, towers, ramparts and old town squares

An opening in the city wall between Kooli and Laboratooriumi streets gives you access to this nice part of the park, where the iconic photo of aligned towers are shot.

Large, ample gardened plaza.

A stunning park that was one of my most memorable experiences while in Tallinn. The towers , like the near entirety of the Old Town, are such a precious gem and if like me you love Medieval History and Fairy Tales, walking in this park in view of this ancient wall and towers will leave you feeling like you stepped back in time many centuries. It’s backdrops like these that give you a real backdoor experience of Europe that is truly unforgettable.

Nice peaceful square with lots of signs telling you some of the history of the towers. Bring a picnic and enjoy the quiet.

Center of old town with outside caffees

Historical square of north side of the Old Town. Legend says that all towers look different because each builder/architect could do whatever they saw suitable. Square has free outdoor gym it's park and kids playground as well. Ice cream is usually sold there during summer.

Beautiful garden in a prime location just next to the old town. Quiet as the tourists tour do not seem to go there. My favourite part of Tallinn.

The Tower Square used to be a pavilion and exhibition ground but has now been turned into a city park that is located next to the Old Town wall.

Some Ice sculptures for kids to climb up and slide down from in winter. Flower gardens in summer. Nice initiative.

Beautiful renovated park at side of the Old Town. Quite big, has a playground and several benches for relaxing.

Definitely worth going outside the castle walls. Take a peaceful walk without all the tourists bumping into you.

Not only this place, but the whole old part of Talinn is just amazing.
Like to go back one day.
