Ordered 6 dining chairs from them: 4 chairs that arrived looked similar, 2 of them had a completely different finish and look. It was quite a big surprise that nobody checked them before sending them out.
We wanted to change those 2 chairs for new ones that would look similar to the others, but nobody answered our calls or emails for month. After waiting all that time we decided we wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund because we were not sure if they would be cooperative if any other issues would arise in the future.
After writing them a quite spicy letter, the courier was at our door the next day to pick up the chairs and they promised a refund in 2-5 days. Unfortunately we didn't receive the refund during the promised days. Another spicy letter and the refund was back in 8 working days.
Very disappointing customer experience.
