DORADO

Great spot to eat in La Pineda, very authentic with a superb wine list and excellent choice of Paellas. Lovely views over the beach and lots of Spanish families eating here. They give you little plates of fried shrimp while you’re waiting to order - a cut above many of the other eateries in the area.

They said it is the best “arrozeria” in Tarragona and I believe it. We ordered their special paella with seafood and it was delicious, the portions are really generous and the rice was perfect cooked.
Besides, The staff is polite and gentle.
Take into account that they have to prepare your paella from zero so it can take around 30 minutes until they can serve it, but it is worth it.
Also, if you come in peak season book in advance, otherwise you won’t get a seat. They work in turns so you either go for lunch at 13pm or 15pm.

They offer many different dishes. Nice ambiente. I like the menu with all the fotos of the dishes. We got a huge steak and a huge fish. They bring huge portions. You will not leave this place hungry. Good to very good food.

Absolutely delicious seafood paella, wine & beer. Service was excellent, clean and professional restaurant.
We where given complimentary fried shrimps while we waited for our meal, bread and oils where delicious. Very reasonably priced.

This was fabulous . The food was outstanding. They told us to come back on Sunday at 4pm. They fitted us in. It was extremely busy. But the food and service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place

Very nice place with tasty food and big dishes. Seafood is delicious, big portions and super fast treatment. Can be pretty busy, so booking recommended. A tip: you can also call and say that you are coming like in 15 minutes, it worked very well for us.

5* to all in this restaurant! In a week time I went 3 times to have lunch and the food was very good. The only thing that I didn't like in the first moment was that menu has pictures of the food and I though, well too touristic, but I was wrong.

Very good meal for the last but one night of our holiday. Large portions beat me but husband had a pudding too, chocolate fondant, which he said was delicious!
