Fran’s yoga class is just so good! I mentally & physical feel stronger and calmer after her class and the location with the Med sparkling as the backdrop is stunning.

The absolute best in town! Fran is an excellent yoga teacher, with a lot of knowledge to teach every yoga position. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. Her Regular Yoga class is perfect for every level of experience. Highly recommend her classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to when visiting Jávea!

I attended Francesca’s yoga class for the first time and was astounded by her professionalism and knowledge. I really appreciated her very gentle way of adjusting ones pose as she would assist us by walking about and helping. I loved hearing the instructions both in English and Spanish! I really liked the “musical bowls!” Very relaxing and helpful to focus. Fran’s instructions were very precise and helpful with my breathing properly through various poses. Fran is very friendly and lovely and I appreciated her occasionally commenting “good” or “nice”. I can’t wait to live in Javea full time so that I can participate in Fran’s yoga classes regularly!

Being fairly new to yoga and only ever having done a 45 minute class before I really didn’t know what to expect from Francesca’s class. I didn’t need to worry at all. It’s a beautiful location, with friendly people and Francesca was extremely supportive helping me do things I haven’t tried before. I’ve already booked my next class 😊

Just back from a wonderful week in Jávea and lucky to have had both private yoga sessions with Fran and a Rosen Bodywork session. I can honestly say it was truly transformational, not something you can describe as you have to experience it. I feel emotionally lighter and brighter and I didn’t know it would be so powerful and a really enlightening treatment . Thank you Fran , you are so inspirational and a true healer 🙏

Such a great class! Fran’s class is a perfect mix of stretching, strength and breathing exercises. You’ll leave the class feeling positive, refreshed and wonderfully stretched out. 10/10 would recommend :)

The classes with Francesca are great. She makes you feel very comfortable, has attention for the different levels and has a wonderful calm and authentic demeanour. The location is also ideal with the view on the ocean and the sun shining on the class during the sessions. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for yoga classes.

I loved Francesca's class and was sorry I couldn't go to more. I've been practising on my own for some time and Francesca reminded me how lovely it is to be with a strong, quietly assured teacher. I was in safe hands. And those singing bowls, wow, they're pretty special.

Fantastic Saturday class, bit more intense than the Sunday class, I really feel like I'm extending my yoga practice each class. As always a perfect mix of postures, stretching and relaxation, all done with lots of personal care and attention from Francesca.

I've been on holiday in the Javea area and was looking to do some yoga classes while here. I contacted several people to no avail. Francesca was the only teacher who welcomed me to her classes which she teaches in the most beautiful location, your view is the ocean.
Francesca's classes are very good and she is always encouraging you to push a little further each time. I would definitely recommend her classes if visiting the Javea area

Fran is superb. Very supportive and encouraging. She makes you very welcome and has a keen eye to ensure you make the most of the class but do not over stretch yourself. She leads the class both in English and Spanish and the location on the beach front facing the sea is uplifting and inspiring. I would thoroughly recommend Fran as an experienced and passionate yoga practitioner who will support and guide you whatever your level - beginner or expert. Whether you do yoga regularly or want to try a class while in Xabia - I can’t recommend Fran more highly.

This is the best Yoga class I’ve ever been to.
Fran was amazing and very knowledgeable, she corrected posture and made sure you were doing everything correctly.
I will definitely be trying this again and might try the zoom classes.
It was also the most difficult which I liked as I have sorting to aim for .

I've just finished my 5th Rosen Method Bodywork with Fran, which has been the most extraordinary experience. Fran has the ability to connect and guided me where I needed to go. To work through past traumas and understand how they relate current circumstances. Recognising these elements has helped me overcome childhood fears allowing me to move forward with current challenges.

Fran is an experienced and well seasoned practitioner with a range of disciplines to draw from. The Rosen Method is a highly effective way to identify issues that can be resolved and healed, working towards personal growth. Francesca’s yoga class is simply the best! If you’d like a class that allows you to grow safely into your own practice and at the same time is fulfilling and allows you to recharge your energy, this is the place ☺ and the venue in front of the sea is just the icing on top. Highly recommended if you are in Javea.
