Very long and drawn out proceedure. But personally think that was down to the agent we dealt with and does not reflect upon the company as a whole.

Simply appalled at their professionalism.
Staff writing reviews about the company! Do not want to name and shame but try to get your act sorted out and treat your customers better. I would not recommend the company at all. When you pay for a policy and are promised certain hospitals/clinics are covered in a certain area, you would expect it to be correct and updated and not wait till your customer comes back to you and tells you that XXX Hospital/Clinic on your list is not covered. I am still waiting for the Insurance Executive to get back to me - its been more than two weeks and my broker is silent all this time. Is this the way business is done in Alicante or Spain for that matter?

Added footnote after reading the reply - how could you stoop so low so as to get your staff to write favourable reviews here? My Insurance Broker is also writing a +ve review!!! This makes me laugh!!!
