What an amazing service when things go wrong! I hired a small motorised boat not being sure about the weather, so didn't pay the hiring fee online. This was after many email exchanges with the Xabia/Arenal office. On the day, the weather was amazing (20-23°C), so went to pick up my boat and enjoy the 4h rent with my wife. Someone meanwhile had hired the same boat and paid the full amount, I was surprised and frustrated when I have been told the boat is not available! But the calmness and professionalism of the girl (Carolina?) at the office who was brilliant reassuring us and calling David the commercial director, who first listened to us and followed it by action; he gave us a better boat for the same price for a couple of hours later! It was the best experience we had in Javea and will book again as soon as I go back!! Thank you very much 😀

Great company for renting a boat out of Javea. The staff are very friendly, they spoke very good english to accommodate us, and answered every question we had.

I have been renting boats from Sea Rent for over 15 years, and each year the service gets better and better. Recently, they introduced brand new, modern boats for 6, 8, and 10 people, now equipped with fresh showers, radios, and very convenient controls—everything is perfect. If you want to have an unforgettable boating experience in the beautiful areas of the Xàbia Bay and especially Portichol harbour, you won't find a better option than Sea Rent on the entire Costa Blanca. Excellent way to see Javea. A lovely city which is best seen from the Mediterranean. On the day we planned our trip, the sea was a bit rough. The folks at Sea Rent suggested that we post-pone our trip until the next day as they were concerned about our experience. Unfortunately, we were leaving the area and un-able to reschedule. The folks at Sea Rent were very accommodating and let us continue. The pilot did an excellent job navigating the boat and took us to all the best places. Being from the US, they also sent with us a ‘stewardess / interpreter’ who did a fantastic job of describing things. We also had an excellent surprise as we saw a ‘school’ of dolphins on our way back to port.

We have been renting boats with this company for many years now and never had a problem. The boats were always in top condition and to sail around Java's bays up to Cap de La Nao is beautiful. The lady at the booth (Ana) is very helpful and we can only highly recommend this boating experience 👍
