Villa Florencia Casa Rural Gandia

I was here for a wedding and had a really relaxed stay. The room was clean, beautifull garden and swimmingpool and hosts are very friendly and helpfull.
It was a pleasure to see how nice their cats and dogs can get along together.

After surfing the net, we came upon this listing. Having two dogs at the time we decided to book a short break to see if it was ok! Wow what a place to find. Fantastic hosts, spotlessly clean and very safe for your dogs to roam if necessary. That was in 2015. Apart from lockdown from covid we have our holidays twice a year at Villa Florencia and love every day we are here. Spotlessly clean, everything you wish, is catered for and very friendly hosts. Nigel and Mark.
Nothing is too much trouble for them, you only have to ask. Once again, we have booked for next year. (Actions speaks louder than words). We always stay in the apartment.

Great accomodation and a good rate. It is out of Gandía and It is necessary car, but we apreciatte to be quiet. 15 minuts to the beaches (by car). Cose to some paths in the mountains. Fantastic swimming pool. We stayed in the appartment (2 adults, 2 kids) and It was perfect (all facilites). Marc and Nigel (owners) are very kind. Breakfast is an option.

Great Villa, a short drive to the beach and away from the business of the resorts.
Nigel and Marc are very attentive hosts and will be there to help if you need anything. The location is great between the mountains and the beaches. Loads of historical villages around up in the mountains. You can cook or have a BBQ or just hang around the pool which is amazing.
Breakfast is good and the house made jams are just very moorish and the highlight of the breakfast!
Will défo go back, do not hesitate to book!

This place was recommended by a friend. We booked and we thought it was going to be like any other rentals we had, in and out and the occasional “hello and goodbye “ but I was surprised that from the moment we walked in we were greeted by Nigel and Mark, they made us feel welcome from the minute they opened the gate.

This has been the best stay in Spain. The apartment we rented was cleaned, spacious, kitchen fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and dishes, washer.

The outside is beautiful, you get to look at this beautiful mountain that is breathtaking, swimming pool is big, front yard clean and spacious, friendly guests, we were able to make new friends.

It was a delight, we felt we were visiting a cousin, brother a best friend. Nigel and Mark are the BEST host. Definitely staying here again and a MUST stay if you’re in the Gandia area.

Thank you Mark and Nigel, thank you for being amazing, kind, smart, funny!

My family and I have enjoyed the hospitality (Mark & Nigel are the perfect hosts!) and facilities (plenty of secure off street parking) at this awesome (and very fairly priced) villa several times over the past few years, nothing is ever too much trouble, from local recommendations to answering questions on seemingly trivial matters, we always look forward to our next stay.

Very very nice place, and you are well looked after and the whole complex is very clean and tied, and our hosts lookin after you very well. Love the cats and dogs, we will be back.

A great place to spend a few days

Pasamos el puente de San Juan con amigos, niños y perros y fue todo maravilloso. A la casa no le faltan detalles ni comodidades y los dueños son verdaderamente amables y hospitalarios. Repetiremos seguro! Gracias por todo!

Hemos estado una semana en el apartamento y sólo tenemos buenas palabras.
El sitio es tranquilo y muy acogedor y a la casa no le falta detalle, espectacular.
Tanto Nigel como Mark son personas encantadoras y atentas que hacen que la estáncia sea perfecta colaborando absolutamente en todo lo que necesites.
Son los perfectos anfitriones.
La piscina es grande, con escaleras, y cuentas con diferentes espacios de tumbonas, una gozada.
De los sitios en los que hemos estado sin duda el mejor!!

Es un sitio muy agradable. Los anfitriones son muy majos y la casa es una pasada.

Un endroit très agréable ! Une propreté et un service parfait ! Des propriétaires très gentils, au petits soins ! Une piscine et un jardin incroyable ! Vous y passerez à coup sûr des vacances apaisées et apaisantes.

Hemos pasado unos días espectaculares en esta Villa. Podemos destacar muchos puntos positivos, por ejemplo: la limpieza, se ve todo muy cuidado ponen especial atención a todos los detalles, la preciosa piscina, la tranquilidad de la zona, la amabilidad y disposición de los dueños es constante, la amplitud de todos los espacios y habitaciones son enormes, el cenador es de película, todo un 10!
Una sitio maravilloso para unos días inolvidables.

No doy mas estrellas porque no se puede pero se merece todas las que haya. El sitio, el entorno, la casa, la piscina, el jardin, las habitaciones, el baño, los detalles, las toallas!, el desayuno, la atención, el trato de los anfitriones que son encantadores y están siempre pendientes de que todo esté bien y estemos cómodos.... Impecable todo y absolutamente de 10! Todo con un mimo y cuidado que he visto en muy pocos sitios.
Llevamos viniendo a Gandía muchos años y esto ha sido un descubrimiento. Volveremos en cuanto podamos. Gracias por vuestra hospitalidad ❤

Вилла «Флоренсия» - идеальное место для спокойного отдыха, которое расположено в 10-минутах на машине до пляжа и от всей туристической суеты, в тихом и очень красивом месте в горах, где не так шумно и не так жарко, как в самой Гандии. Мы были счастливы найти здесь красивый вид на горы из окна, безупречную чистоту в комнатах и заботливых гостеприимных хозяев!

Villa Florencia es un lugar genial! Con unas vistas preciosas y a 10 minutos de la playa en coche. Dispone de todo lo necesario cómo aparcamiento privado en las instalaciones, wifi, aire acondicionado, cocina con nevera, una amplia piscina y un largo etc… A parte de la gran limpieza de las instalaciones. Y el buen trato recibido por parte de los anfitriones. Sin duda volveremos a repetir en cuando tengamos ocasión!

Es como mezclar lo mejor de una buena guesthouse y de un hotel. Los dueños son super amables y atentos, dejan llevar perro porque de hecho ellos tienen varios, y tienen cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle.
Si coges habitación, como fue mi caso, tienen las tres baño privado y están muy bien equipadas e impecables, y una cocina muy amplia que si es compartida, pero también tienen un apartamento entero para familias.
Además tiene una piscina espectacular, con lo cual no falta nada para una estancia de lo más agradable.
Recomiendo coger desayuno porque hacen una mermelada casera con los frutos que ellos mismos cultivan y está riquísima.
En fin nada que echar en falta, altamente recomendable.

La casa es impresionante pero los anfitriones son de otro nivel!! Encantadores, super amables, muy dispuestos, la casa super limpia y huele genial, la piscina no la pudimos disfrutar por la temporada pero ya tenemos una razón mas para volver, muchisimas gracias por todo y hasta pronto😁

Genial. Es la segunda vez en menos de un mes que hemos.ido. Mis sobrinas, mi hija y mi madre con su perrita han disfrutado muchísimo. Y el trato de los anfitriones Nigel y Mark cercano y muy bien por que se preocupan de que todo esté bien. Y sus perros y gatos muy bien. Volveremos. Volveremos seguro. Gracias Nigel y Mark
