Villa Luz Family Gourmet & All Exclusive Hotel

Arrived at reception and was offered a glass off fizz or fruit juice, room wasn't ready but we where aware rooms wouldn't be ready till 4pm as we read all about it before we arrived. All was good got our ultra all inclusive bands and shown where to store bags. Reception staff wonderful kind people.
Beach bar was great friendly kind and so much to pick from.
Room was brilliant clean mini bar stocked wonderful view off the pool. I must say I saw the hotel being cleaned from morning to night all over very very clean hotel.
Pools brilliant had so much fun kids didn't want to leave hotel.
Kids entertainment staff wow you guys are amazing and even with the Scottish/ Spanish barriers you still included the kids they felt so welcomed. Thank you for all the entertainment staff!
The lady who does the snack truck she needs a big mention. She keeps everyone fed and happy with the snacks..she's a lovely lady so again thank you!
Bar staff where friendly helpful and top women and men.
Food well there was always something there to eat only think I would say is add a bit more kids foods.
Very Spanish hotel but we felt welcomed
Only think about the Spanish guest can be rude push in front at the bar and stare alot but that's not the hotels fault..the kids want to come back next year

Had a lovely few days all inclusive here. Lovely food beach bar was fantastic. Prob not enough seating in the bar at hotel as was full up so no seats. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful apart from one who was quite rude and refused to.serve us because we had no seat inside or outside. So thats my only complaint. Rooms were exactly as advertised very clean. Childrens activities looked fun so maybe bring grandkids next time

4 adults and 4 children and everyone of us loved it can't really fault it staff are amazing and hats off to the entertainment staff they were excellent

This place is amazing. Great facilities. Rooms are spacious, with a lot of space for your clothes and personal belongings. Showers have 4 options, including rain forest option. Soaps and shampoos are very usable although we had our own, my mum swaped and used hotels toiletries. If you need it, there is a good quality plasma in each room with a massive number of channels in every language. Handy if you have children. A balcony with good clothes drying option. Fridge, again helpful, if you have children. Tea coffee in the room too. And this is just your room.
There are 2 pools one for kids one for adults with the massive slide. Small pool has slides too. There are massive lounge beds around the pools too. Great animation team and a really good kids club, including a small softplay. Beach is 5min walk. It's clean and sandy. Great for kids.
Finally food. It's out of this world. For every taste and even the fussy eaters. Even have a proper English sausages for breakfast. And there is only 30min gap between meal times and snack times.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Everywhere is clean and tidy, so as you gathered we would highly recommend. Amazing value for money. Would definitely come again.

Very nice hotel. Lovely room with a huge bed. Balcony overlooking the pool. The dining room is excellent and the food quality is great. The bathroom is good with an amazing shower but I did manage to soak the floor. Close to the beach.

Wonderful stay. All staff were extremely polite and helpful and friendly. The food and service was ample and high quality. Great installations, perfect for families.

Great hotel, great service. Good food, nice room. We arrived very late and they welcomed us with a drink at the reception while checking in and a dinner in our room at 02:00!

I really enjoyed the hotel. The only thing missing was dressing gowns, slippers and beach towels. And also my daughter had a birthday (1 year) during our stay and her from the hotel forgot to congratulate

All that can be said against would be more English speaking staff but otherwise this was a more than pleasurable hotel to stay at. I'll definitely bring my family again

Lovely hotel, fantastic food. And short stroll to a fabulous beach. Will definitely be back.
