La Parra Bakio Bar & Hostel

The hostel is great quality, comfy beds, clean, warm showers and 2 minutes walk to the surf! Everything you'd want, but what makes it special is the service you receive. It's family run and Ibon the owner was fantastic for information in the local area and also helped my get my van back in the road. The food is great too ... you'll have a great stay here.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. The host Ibon and his wife were lovely, warm and hospitable (and helpful!). The hostel itself is very new, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfy and I had a great night's sleep here. I had an absolutely lovely time here and would highly recommend a visit!

These guys are amazing! Everything is not a problem! The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds. They are really helpful with advice as well as making sure you ok and happy with your stay. They speak English Spanish and Bask. To anyone wanting to stay in Bakio I would highly recommend staying here!

Extremely friendly and helpful people, clean rooms, toilets and showers. There is a bar and kitchen which offers a selection of tasty food. Great location, 2 minute or less walk away from the beach. Would 100% recommend this place

Lovely place, good food, excellent selection of beers. We came here with a party of 9 and 2 small dogs in tow but still found enough space outside and got a warm welcome from the staff.

Very recommended, I tried nacho and burritos and was super good! I also drink a ipa and a gin lemon that was also very good.
All the staff is super kind and nice vibes inside and outside the pub.

This hostel is fantastic! The owner Ibon was so helpful and patient. He answered all my questions before I came and trust me I had a lot! He even organised my transport from the airport. When the transport fell through he came to pick me up himself at 23.00 on a Friday when his restaurant was super busy!

I can't express how impressed I was with this hostel. It was so accomodating and I felt at home straight way which was nice since I was travelling alone. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you

Very friendly English speaking staff, had a lot to talk about. Loads of good beers. Nice big pizzas with lots of toppings and lots of cheese! Great spot

We we're stranded in Bakio at night and needed a place to sleep. The innkeeper was very friendly and offered us a place to sleep. Very clean and pretty hostel. Surely would recommend to friends
