Kayak del Ter

We enjoyed the journey a lot! We did it with children (11, 10 and 5) and were all excited of the kayaking, seeing fishes and birds, listening to the silences mixed only with the birds songs. There were no other people on the route, which was great. Definately recommend as a true 2 hours of pleasure.

There are so many great birds to see: black kite, little grebe, kingfisher, tons of barn swallows, mallard ducks, wood pigeon, ring necked plover, white wagtail, etc. The river banks also have nesting holes. Be prepared for the sun with a hat and sunblock and plenty of water. You can also see large river fish, turtles, and many colors of dragonflies. Employees are really friendly! Highly recommend. 🙂

This was my favourite kayak experience I’ve taken anywhere in the world. The staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They gave us a dry bag to put our valuables in, they gave us a quick informative lesson, showed us the route and we were on our way. We saw loads of turtles, birds and fish while we enjoyed the peaceful ride down the river. There are no roads or public spaces that go along the river so you feel completely at peace and like you have this whole magical place to yourself. The length and timing was also perfect. Next time we visit Costa Brava, we will be back to Kayak del Ter!

Good equipment, great help. Everything went very smooth. We took route 1 from colomers down river, spotted some nice birds and some turtles too.

One of the most relaxing experiences of my life. Went with my wife and 3 kids and we all loved it. We saw loads of fish, turtles, an otter, loads of dragonflies, to name a few. My only criticism is that you have to pay an additional 5 euro's for a kayak with a back rest. Was a bit disappointed in the additional charge... Is it really necessary? I don't think so

A calm and exciting kayak trip down river Ter. It is a beautiful river, and you feel that you have it all to yourself as you glide past turtles and ducks, and other animals if you're lucky. The guides pick you up at the end of the trip and drive you back to the start point.

Really nice experience, doing the full 7 km route as absolute beginners. Professional organization, with crew driving you to and from the start/end of the route. Recommended.

Great fun with the whole family, really nice views and a great activity.

Really nice ride, I took the A ride, at 9:00 am, and in theory at 11:00 I would be finished, but I took my time and finished at 1:30. It didn't cost anything more, because they don't charge you for the time you spend. That is really good if you are like me and like to go slower to see more things. It was really cool, I saw a lot of animals, and I loved it

Fantastic day out for all the family in a beautiful landscape. Very good value for money. Amazing staff who gave us a lesson..drove us to and back to docking area. Very good safety measures. Such a relief to spend afternoon in cooler temperatures on the river. Will be back.

Very fun experience. Price was ok. And the pick-up service that brought us back after the tour was also quite good!

Supernice people, clear explanation, Nice 2h route downstream, 100% enjoy and no stress. Water is not deep or dangerous, just follow the stream. Highly recommended, also with kids (mine are 6/12y). Take bus E2 from Girona, Just 30 min (3,75€) and the busdriver was great fun too

Great experience. Excel·lent service. Staff really friendly and efficient. The river water is quite brow, still we had a nice swim. After the experience down the river, you can eat out in la llúdriga, a cozy restaurant in front of the river, or in el Cargolet or el Xalet. We had picnic under the trees. 🥦🥒🍒🍏🥪🥪🌮

really nice and lovely place to do picnic and kayak activity after that they have a lot of space for to do picninc you just need to bring some towels for to sit on the floor and experience of kayak is awesome just one hint when youre doing kayak try to dont make so much noise because they have a lot of animals in this river and with noise they start to hidden in the water and youre not able to see them its my experience and also with kids really great have a small playground next to picnic are 100 percent recommendable

Was so good last year, that am going again next week,with family who have never experienced the River Ter before.
A must if on holiday around L'Estartit etc...
