Iglesia de la Santísima Trinidad - The Church of the Holy Trinity is a temple of a single nave covered with a half-barrel vault and head with a curved apse preceded by a straight section. To the south the atrium is opened, as is common in Romanesque Segovia. To the north, a Gothic chapel and two Baroque sacristies.

Outside, the apse appears semi-hidden in a narrow alley, divided by two half columns in three cloths, in which open windows with columns angled decorated capitals and horizontally by three impost lines one at the height of the windowsill , another as prolongation of the summit of the capitals and another one above the arch. A cornice flown over dogs representing fantastic or real figures, completes the set. In its interior it surprises its two floors of superposed arches, with historiated capitals, vegetables, fantastic bichas, of great sculptural and iconographic value, with some remains of its ancient polychromy.

To the south, as is usual in Romanesque Segovia, there is an arcaded gallery, with round arches over double columns that support very sober capitals, with a simple and elegant plant decoration, very flat.

The temple has two covers, the western one of simple invoice, presents archivolts aboceladas that rest in beautiful capitals with bichas and flora. On the cover a window that serves as illumination to the main ship and the lateral cover with access from the vestibule, of great beauty in the decoration of its capitals is abre.

Inside the temple has a single nave covered with a barrel vault over three arches fajones, which support half columns attached to the side walls. Next to the nave there is the tower, which forms a kind of rectangular dome covered with a groin vault.

The current temple, which was built in the twelfth century, succeeded a more primitive one from the late eleventh century, whose remains were discovered after the demolition in 1984 of a baroque chapel located to the south. The oldest part of the current church corresponds to the head, being the west portal and the atrium later work. In 1513 the Chapel of the Fields was built, with a doorway decorated in an Elizabethan Gothic style, with a shallow arch topped by an ogee decorated with cardinas. During the seventeenth century, the interior of the temple was redecorated with Baroque reserves to the taste of the time.

Iglesia construida en el siglo XII, con un estilo románico. Tiene una preciosa galería porticada que da acceso al templo. Su estado de conservación es muy bueno, y conserva gran parte de sus detalles originales de estilo románico

Interesante iglesia románica (XII-XIII), en especial sus portadas y atrio. La plaza que ocupa es otro de su atractivos, precioso espacio urbano de Segovia.

Cuando fui me la encontré cerrada pero por fuera muy bonita

Una iglesia pequeña, románica, en la que se puede estar rezando con tranquilidad. Lugar de encuentro con Dios y con uno mismo.

Mantiene perfectamente su arquitectura y su meditación.
