Porque no abrís por las tardes

He comprado 3 o 4 veces en esta tienda y cada vez que voy me pregunto por qué vuelvo. Toda la ropa que tengo sea body, pantalón o camiseta pierde muchísimo color, encoge o saca bolas en el primer lavado, incluso en la primera puesta con el propio roce. La última vez me dijeron que si le salían bolas a las mallas las llevase. Le salieron y las llevé. No se hicieron responsables, eché el viaje para quedarme con cara de poker en la tienda e irme bastante frustrada. Espero no volver a preguntarme por qué he vuelto a ir.
