Had my birthday dinner 4 Sep 2020 with my wife, chose the 35 euro set menu. we both had the duck breast and gizzard salad, which was excellent. My wife had the Jonn Dory fish which she loved, and had the rack of lamb only complaint is i could have eaten about 4 plates of it lol, was that good. Excellent services and beautiful place! A must for special events , or wanting something exceptional.

As always, superb. Lovely setting under the canvas canopies, under the fig trees. Choice of menus and prices, fabulous selection of food all beautifully cooked, prepared and presented. Start with a glass of sparkling Cava and move on with wine from a comprehensive list. Add a beautiful day, and success is assured.

Absolutely the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. The set menu is amazing in terms of quality and value. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Glorious setting. Loved it so much we ate there twice and will definitely return in the future.

Returning to to UK after nearly 8 years had our last lunch at the Gourmand last Friday. Really wish I could take this restaurant, the charming proprietors and their staff with me. Will really miss them.

Twice in one week! We had a lot to celebrate, and we think this is the place to do it. The whole setup is brilliant, good wines, great food, always a warm welcome, menu changes every month.

We live locally and use this restaurant every few months. Service is always good and attentive and food not only good but good value. House wine also very pleasant. We will be back soon.

A warm welcome from the young French owners, pleasant atmosphere and superb food make this restaurant worth a visit. The €15 meal of the day gives you three courses and for a further €3 a taster dessert plate.

Yet again Le Gourmand excelled. We had our Wedding Reception there for 62 people. Benjamin and his great team looked after us all. The food was excellent accompanied by John the pianist, the lunch spilled over to the evening when Frank took over as DJ, to which everyone was up and dancing. Such a beautiful setting and how they do it so well is fantastic, also the personal touches were delightful. Nothing was too much.

Hosting my Parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary there on Saturday, cannot wait to go back.

The staff were very attentive. Lovely table settings. The 3 course set lunch menu was delicious, half a bottle of wine also included with the meal.

Excelllent food, beautiful presentation. Attentive, professional service. Good live music on a Thursday night. Fair price including a reasonable Sauvignon Blanc. What more can you ask for.
