Carbón

Forget the food, just drink in the view! Carbon is in La Nucia - well worth exploring the backstreets - but the view is of Polop. Breathtaking.
As vegetarians we always struggle in France & Spain but this place specialises in Pizzas so that is an option. Goat's cheese salad was good, the service friendly and the beer cold. Toilets clean and accessible.

🇧🇪We're from Belgium and we love this restaurant. It's a reference thanks to the wonderful view on Polop. The food is simple, generous and very good. Prices are fair. Good energy! Nice people working 💪! What else?

Good service, really nice view, restaurant looks clean, smells good, and the main thing - food is perfect, i ordered grilled lamb chops with fries, fries was crispy, lamb was soft perfect seasoning, funny thing was salads, but when you taste such a good meat - you dont miss anything else

Service is lovely, they always try to learn us a little Spanish. The food is always good. I had such a delicious cheeseburger, the pizza was also very good and the ribs were nice with lovely fries.

Nice food, service a little inattentive but they were busy, I'd go back for another meal definitely.
Update: been again and it was good.

This is an amazing restaurant! Food is awesome and the service is excellent. If in la nucia I highly recommend. The steak was fantastic... The views are really nice too overlooking the village of polpop

Great experience the place has improved emensely since our last visit 2 years ago,
Our burgers was served quickly, they were juicy and in tasty buns and the pizza was great too! The two busy waiters did an amazing job attention was spot on!
Really glad to finally see something improving instead of the other way around.

One of the most scenic and beautiful points of view and great food I have ever been too across the World, a real bonus that it was great food and service to accompany the destination

Nice place, well decorated, greats crisps, amazing burger. Views are amazing. Service was a little slow given the fact there were only three tables but super friendly staff. Will go back to check out the pizza.

Starters lush ...Steak superb.....prawns spot on coffee and brandy to finish......all washed down with Enrique Mendoza Cab Sav ...can't go wrong. But still had the walk home....but slowly. Great evening. Thanks for the excellent service.
