Beware of the extra charges. We just rented a house in Moraira with them and we feel their extras don't include what they seem. We were charged over 100 euros for the final cleaning, but if you read the small print, this does not include either washing the last few dishes out taking out the last garbage. At current rates you are paying for over ten hours of someone cleaning but it appears just to be another hidden fee for them.

Die Homepage ist gut aufgebaut und für Ihren Zweck sehr informativ.
Interessiert an einer Liegenschaft haben wir das Kontaktformular ausgefüllt. Leider haben wir keine Antwort erhalten.
Darauf haben wir auf der Homepage "mit WhatsApp in Kontakt treten" genutzt und unsere Anfrage nochmals geschrieben. Leider haben wir auch da keine Antwort erhalten!?
Ich finde das schon sehr fahrlässig gegenüber Interessenten, die doch mehr als ein Brot kaufen würde. Was nützen die digitalen Tools, wenn das potenzial als Basis des Erfolgs nicht richtig bewirtschaftet wird?

Bedingt durch Corona konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht in Spanien verbringen.
Auf meine mir zugesagte Erstattung meiner Anzahlung abzüglich der Stornokosten warte ich seit Wochen.
Von GHSVILLAS kommen nur scheinheilige Ausreden.
Auch ist mir aufgefallen, das GHSVILLAs die Preise für das Jahr 2021 sehr stark erhöht hat.
Preisdifferenzen zum Jahr 2020 von bis zu 35% sind keine Seltenheit.
Hier wird versucht mit der Corona Krise ein Geschäft zu machen.
GHSVILLAS kann sich darauf verlassen, das ich alles unternehmen werde um an mein Geld zu kommen.
