Restaurante Buenavista

We absolutely love this place-the view to the valley and mountains are stunning! Lady who served us is smiling and very friendly! We got some tapas to our beer which was so simple yet delicious-tosted ciabatta or some white bread with olive oil and freshly cut jamon! Our main meal was Abanico Iberico(again, lady helped us with the choice) and Carrilera-pork cheeks in red wine! Served with boiled potatoes-it was so juicy, so fabulous! We will be back! I recomend this place on your way to the beautiful mountains and valeys that we discovered later!

This is amazing place! Service was so sweet and always there. They were so nice. They recommend places we could go to and showed us the way. The food was so good and we didn’t have to wait long before the food was here. I would definitely recommend. The toilets are amazing too. Clean and they have hand sanitizer

Great lunch on the terrace with stunning views. The staff were very friendly and the meal was excellent. The suckling pig was extra special - moist, tender and delicious.

The food was superb, all three of us were extremely satisfied. Perhaps the best food during our trip. Staff was young (summer worker?) and was hesitant to use English but is better at English than he thinks. Very happy we stopped by.

I just like to inform other clients that the restaurant is closed, since you did not mention this on your website or on Google, we were driving twenty minutes uphill.

Incredible views. The terrace was a bit windy but the food and drink was top quality

We had a beautiful meal here on a quiet Saturday night. The wait staff was attentive without being invasive. The food was terrific. I had the pork, which was lean but cooked without drying it out, and my wife had a delicious cod dish she's hoping (in vain) that I can cook at home for her. Highly recommend!

Fabulous setting with spectacular views. Outstanding cuisine and recommend the goats cheese and mango. Excellent friendly service.

This a lovely restaurant/bar in Otivar. We stop off here after visiting Junta de los Dos Rios about 10 minutes north of Otivar, which is fame for its fresh water lagoons and high jumps. BUENAVISTA MEANS GOOD VIEW WHICH CERTAINLY DOES. Good prices, great food and friendly bar staff. Parking outside.

Excellent food and service with a view. All the food coming from the kitchen looked amazing, we had slow cooked ribs with BBQ sauce, it was delicious!

We have been here several times and the restaurant has improved its quality. You can enjoy the landscape from the terrace while you're eating really tasty meat. Nice place, superb food and fair prices.

The view from the outside terrace is fantastic as is the food and wine choice. I chose the sea trout as my main course and it was cooked to perfection. We have eaten here once before in the winter but sat inside as to cold on the outside terrace. Recommend you book if sitting outside in the summer as the terrace does become popular. This is one of our favourite restaurants and although it is a 20 minute drive from Almunecar it's well worth it.

The food was great. On the table was secreto, solomillo, and bacalao. Along with warm bread and beautiful olive oil. Capped with a wonderful view. We will happily return.

This place has the best fries in the whole world! Other than that everything else is wonderful too. We will definitively visit this place again during our vacation! Recommended! :)
