Unexpected patisserie at the end of the town with a charming selection of pastries, cakes, petit fors, bread and coffees. Good and friendly service.

The patisserie was discovered back in December last year and strongly recommended by our daughter.
Being in the area, we popped into Gastrokook. The lack of time did not allow us to stop, but we placed our order with them, and the day after left with three boxes full of goodies. All croissants we tried ; pistachio, mascarpone, lemon, almonds, as well as mandarin and lemon bizcochos were delicious. Very professional, with a smile service and all information about their products given.
Gastrokook, what a shame you are so far. Still, we will be back.

Visited the Zoo nearby and decided to explore the little town. Found this amazing pastry cafe by chance and was so delighted by everything we tasted. Thanks for making our new year's eve more memorable.

I can confidently say that it's the best pastry shop in the area. The location is a bit weird, but it's better that it's far from us, otherwise we would go there way too often. The only criticism I have is all the rubbish around their terrace that was clearly coming from them (napkins, tray paper sheets) and it was not even a windy day.

Exquisito! Artisan fine deserts executed to perfection. If you’re an Adriano Zumbo fan you will love this place. It’s in a very unexpected and unusual location but what a gem! You have to come prepared to try it all as one will not be enough. We will return again and again.

Stuffed away at the end of the road next to the stadium is this little bakery that serves the most delicious cakes. Not possible to get a table outside (too busy on a Monday afternoon) but sitting on the gras opposite with a cafe late was the best experience of the day. Really recommendable to pay Gastrokook a visit. Torben
