Hotel Real Segovia

In addition to its great location, the Hotel Real was an exceptional choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped, quiet, we loved the beds, bottled water provided, two sinks in the bathroom…all great. Breakfast was more than adequate. We paid to get the parking… so able to drive and park a half block from hotel- then they will take care to park and bring back when you need. The hotel is a bit dated but it is an old grand hotel. I’d stay there again without a second thought and highly recommend! A terrific stay and price.

This hotel is a Spanish gem with such a great history! Very beautiful interior, beautiful view from the window, cozy and clean rooms, extremely tasty breakfast. And all this is right in the city center. Staff is very caring. We liked that our car was taken to the parking lot and we didn't have to worry about driving through the old narrow streets. We really want to come here again.

A lovely hotel right in the centre of the historic city. Lot's of memorabilia harking back to the late '50's when the big movie stars of the day stayed there!

Gracia provided excellent service at the front desk, making our stay extra special.
Follow the car luggage drop-off instructions, and you will find the 3 parking spots to drop your luggage quickly and easily. We chose to valet, highly recommend. We also had them hold our luggage and keep our car a few extra hours after checkout so we could do more sightseeing, and greatly appreciated the extra time! They even allowed us to Whatsapp if we wanted to stay even longer, fantastic hospitality.
Large room and bathroom, clean, great amenities and our room had an incredible view. Walk outside the front door, and all the attractions are nearby, it could not be more centrally located. Definitely a tourist town, but the renowned Portuguese hospitality is wonderful.

We stayed for three nights at the Hotel Real Segovia and we absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing (they let us drop off our luggage earlier so we could explore) and they spoke English and offered suggestions on things to do and see. Our room had an incredible view of the town and countryside. We were on the fourth floor so we had a delightful view of everything. Last but certainly not least, was the view from the fifth floor. We had an incredible view from up there of the entire city including the aqueduct. It was a bit chilly but the views were still incredible.

Good location. Quiet. Not much of a view but is in the middle of all the highlights.

Hotel Real Segovia is right in the centre of the city, yet it was quiet and peaceful. And a very affordable price! I was traveling solo and felt well looked after. The room was spacious and there were good toiletries and facilities in the bathroom. The view was incredible, especially from the roof terrace. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. I would 100% recommend this hotel for a short stay in Segovia, a seriously beautiful place to visit.

A fantastic location in the heart of the old town of Segovia. Shops and restaurants all around us.
The lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. We had views from our 3rd floor room over the old city. Car parking was made easy with drop off point for the car close to the hotel which is located on a pedestrianised street, they park the car for you of site and bring it back to the same point when your ready. Very easy.

Fabulous location, we had a brilliant 3 night stay here, the apartment was perfect, it has everything you need, we had our small Maltese dog and the independence of the apartment worked perfectly. Definitely recommend ..🙂👍

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, the price was wonderful, the location was wonderful, the view was wonderful, the staff was wonderful, and the room and hotel were beautiful. If you are going to Segovia this is the place to stay!

Very recommendable hotel. Front desk staff were polite, helpful and spoke great English (which was helpful for my family who is not so versed in the language). The bar was wonderful with a great atmosphere and the room was comfortable and stunningly clean. This hotel is perfectly located as well with many rooftop terraces, museums and shopping near by....among so much more. I will certainly be booking with NH Collection Suecia the next time I stay with friends / family in Madrid. :)

The only thing to rest is the breakfast, not very good. But you have a lot of choices around. The hotel it's in a very good location, big rooms, comfortable and very clean.

Loved it. Good rooms and friendly staff at a very reasonable price. Segovia itself is lovely, well worth a visit. Parking is a bit limited but the hotel can provide space in their own car park at a price. The views outside the windows are stunning and the rooftop terrace is a great place to look out over the town. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hello, we loved our stay at NH Collection Suecia. Veronica and Yolanda at the front desk were awesome. Veronica spent about 2 hours helping us figure out all of our Covid testing papers and health forms for our upcoming trip. She was extremely helpful and someone please give her a raise. This hotel was perfect. Great location and more importantly, the staff was outstanding. We also loved the roof top bar attached to the hotel. It was such a good experience and I can't wait to come back. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

This was the best hotel that we stay at during our 17 day, 6 city visit in Spain! Service was excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. They were the only hotel to not only acknowledge that we were celebrating our anniversary, but to truly go above and beyond to make our stay special. The room (corner room on the 3rd floor) was beautiful and the 5th floor common area is great! The terrace offers amazing views of the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I not usual that you visited a hotel, and feel like home, and is because the staff is fantastic. The hotel, located on a historic building, is cozy and very clean. The location is perfect, steps from Gran Via, Chueca, Plaza Mayor and the Milla de Oro. Our room was on the floor 9 and the view of the city was spectacular. The restaurant is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Don't forget to visit Atico, great bar to enjoy a drink with a nice view of the city. We will back in our next visit to the city!

Great place. Hotel staff was helpful and lovely since arrival.
The hotel has an elegant, old hollywood vibe to it. There are many common living areas as well if one wants to relax outside their room. It is right in the middle of the old town and, after spotting many other hotels I previously had in mind, I think it is the best location in town. It's just a few minutes walk to all main attractions. There's this great bakery a couple of shops away which I recommend for breakfast and plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

We were put in room 501 which is on the top floor. It is the only room on this floor so it felt quite special. There's this grand living room with an outdoor terrace just outside our room so it gave us the feeling we had it all to ourselves, considering we didn't run into anyone else while we where there.
The room was spacious and bright. Although we didn't ask for a room with views, we still had a view of a part of the city which was nice to wake up to in the morning. The bathroom had a great sized mirror, double-sink, towel heater and nice shower. The bed was enormous, comfortable and we slept very well.

If I have to look for a downside, which I must insist is not reason enough to not stay here, at night, when we turned the lights off, the TV had a bright blue light that we think had to be turned off manually somehow. We didn't bother to ask though. Also, it is true that the walls are not perfectly soundproof. I myself have trouble sleeping with noise but this was not a problem during my stay here.

All in all, we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Visited in January 2021. Very clean and modern apartments. Every detail is very well thought (cooking utensils, washing machine, coffee machine). I will definitely stay with you again when in Segovia. Thank you!
