Pizzería La Góndola

The San Jose pizza was enormous and delicious. I could not finish the pizza and had to take leftovers home. We also ordered the gnocchi and had two glasses of red wine. The wait staff was very friendly and could speak a bit of English which helped. They also had an English menu.

The service is great. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The pizzas are amazing and probably the best I have ever eaten. You must try it out but be warned the pizzas are large hahahaha

Best Italian Restaurant around, the owner is the best pizzaiolo of San José, and maybe of Almería. This is a place to visit if you're around, I totally recommend Gourmet pizzas that are far beyond anything you'll get anywhere else, although everything here is very good.

We had dinner there last night. The staff was amazing, friendly and super kind. The portions were very,but very generous! We loved the mixed salad, but Pizza San Jose was just delicious! Tasty, yummy, and you could notice that the products used are local and not full of GMO. Will definitely go back there when opting for Pizzas!

This place is a real gem, the staff is real friendly and the pizzas where delicious. Highly recommend if you just want to have a nice pizza for dinner.

Lovely staff, interesting menu, good was really decent. We had the filled pasta and the Cabo de gata pizza - both were really well done. Would go back.

You will NOT find a better pizza in all San José. As simple as that. The service was super friendly and efficient. My wife and I had a great time and the pizza was AWESOME. They’re always packed, and they don’t take reservations, so be there early! I guarantee it, you won’t regret it. Eat here.

The best pizza I have ever eat in restaurant! They don't do reservations (which I totally understand) so you have to go early or wait. But is so worthy! Great service and amazing food. We tried two pizzas, truffle and provolone cheese. Thank you for your hard work, all of you!

Very comfortable restaurant with good service that I would say is fast for Spain. Pizzas were thin, tiramisu was awesome, salad was great. Everything was in generous portions. Price low, quality high. They have takeout if you order too much. One pizza was enough for two.

Great pizzas, very original, large sizes -4 dishes do not fit in the table! Waiter very kind and professional. A must go.

Out of every few hundred places you randomly pick to try and fill your belly, there is always one that nourishes your soul, and you also leave a friend. Fine and high-quality Italian cousine prepared by a lovely Catalan lady, with service offered by two wonderful people in a naturally relaxed atmosphere.

Good quality food for a (very) good price
The host is super friendly. Ate here two nights in a row, because we loved the food so much. Can definitely recommend to try the gourmet pizza's (we liked the one with ham, rucola and truffel the most) and try one of the fiocchi (if you like home made pasta, which is cooked al dente and not the typical pasta)

Not normally pizza people but.... this was fantastic. Had as a takeaway because of covid restrictions. The base was nice and thin with just the right amount of topping including a generous helping of fresh rocket. The young lady who took our order was great, really friendly and nice to talk to. A must visit if you find yourself in San Jose... we'll be back.. 😆

Staff was extremely friendly. Pizza was delicious. It got very busy and there was a line outside after 8:45 pm.

Very popular place to eat among locals and highly recommended by our Airbnb host. Tables are often full, but the service is still patient and friendly. Food is satisfying and good. Definitely worth the hype.

Very good pizza, just like those you'd find in north italian pizza restaurants. When they told me the pizzaiolo worked in Italy I was not surprised at all. Reasonable prices and fast service. I recommend it.

Delicious extra large thin crusted pizza served with a smile. Local products used to prepare yummy dishes in this small restaurant with a terrace. We had provolone with boletus, veneciana pizza and tiramisu. The food was very tasty and abundant. What great service! They served up everything pleasantly and even gave us courtesy olives and shots. We'll definitely return.
