The staff here go above and beyond. Stephanie on reception was so helpful and always had a welcoming smile. The rooms are big, we were a family of 5 plus a baby and still had lots of room. The beds are slightly firmer than I'd like, but that's personal preference I guess. The on site shop has most stuff, including dummies if needed lol and reasonably priced. We didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment much on the food, but my daughter loved their cheesy chips. The pool could do with being abit warmer, but once in you get in it's fine. The kids pool and playground is also great. We loved it here.

I had a whole apartment for myself for only 64€ the night. Nice balcony, with table and chairs, for some sunset drinks. Clean, nice breakfast buffet and so on.

We have visited sun club 3 times and I have been happy each time however there are a few niggly bits hence the 4 star for the rooms. The rooms are dated with the yellow and blue curtains and sofa bed,the yellow paint in the bedroom. There was a chip in the bath that looked like it was filled with pollyfiller. The shower was scorching hot so had to be very careful with the kids. However the cleanliness was on point the cleaners came almost every day fresh towels and bed made with clean bedding. 5 stars for cleanliness. There is a small shop/bakery outside by the hotel which was very convenient. The entertainment was great for the kids Eddie the entertainer was brilliant couldn't fault him. Receptionist that is English was fantastic with information very lovely lady and was very informative and helpful. Overall great hotel and lovely staff. Food was okay we went self catering but we did have the odd pizza and fries and the kids loved it. There is a hotel opposite sunclub that was full of Spanish students that were very loud until early of the morning which we didn't expect this time round must have been a residential trip but apart from that noise wise it was fine. Great hotel and would recommend will be visiting again soon.

Amazing hotel, great location - not to close to hustle and bustle of Salou Town but easy enough to get to. Some lovely local restaurants and beaches nearby. Hotel had great facilities, nice food, clean, and good entertainment.

Lovely hotel setup for families. Had a great stay. The sun doesn’t come round the pool till about 1pm, so the pool is freezing till afternoon.

One of the nicest hotels in the area and great value for money,there breakfasts are absolutely delicious (and all you can eat)

We cant fault the sun club, they we're very accommodating when we requested a room change due to my fear of the balcony and my young sons. The staff are all so lovely especially the kids club staff but Yousra was amazing with my very energetic 7 year old. The food is lovely. My sons both loved the swimming pools there is a lifeguard there all day which is very reassuring. My only thing would be the noise of furniture at nightime.

Good value great breakfasts clean towels good showers locks on the doors.

Myself and my 3 children 7, 12 and 13 stayed here for my birthday in September. Had the most amazing time, staff are friendly, rooms are spotless and spacious, the view from our balcony was unreal 😍 food is delicious, we loved the jacuzzi. Entertainment is fantastic we all love Eddie 🥰
Can't wait to visit again.

Amazing hotel apartments spotless clean maintained daily by the lovely cleaning staff. lovely family's happy holiday vibes all round there was different entertainment pool bbqs live music karaoke magic acts comedy table tennis kids clubs gym and much more the food here is superb,,

They knew our kids from the kids club in hotel and always greeted our kids by name which was nice the lads in the shop helped with our prams they were so happy & polite this made our stay better again
no bad marks for this hotel everything was even better then we expected and we will definitely return
10 minutes outside the city the bus stops there every 10 to 12 minutes its nice to be away from the city the town has everything to offer pharmacy's supermarkets shops restaurants playgrounds bike rental shops

The hotel was perfect! I went with my husband and 3 kids, the room was a great size and very clean. It’s a 5 min drive to Salou Town centre that was totally buzzing. The hotel were able to call us a cab. Not many restaurants around, but the hotel had a great shop for snacks etc, the hotel food was very nice, pool area was great, the kids loved the kids pool with great water features. There are two beaches that are absolutely beautiful, they are a 5 min walk, beautiful soft sand. Great service.

The service was excellent and the staff was very nice. The location is amazing both the city center and the Portaventura is close. There's a Carrefour express in the hotels building which is great. The pool is cold but after a hot day it is pretty refreshing.

Cracking accommodation that's close to the local amenities. Wee bit hilly at times so best suited to able bodied. For those happy to hang around the hotel and just enjoy a break then it's ideal. Go for room upgrade wae a sea view balcony

The hotels location is slightly out of the way on top of a hill. Those that struggle with hills may find this slightly off putting. Our room was clean and spacious and more than enough for four guests. Very well kept bar area and clean pool. Staff are friendly polite and helpful. Would recommend even one top of the hill.

An amazing place to stay hotel was quite staff were polite and cheerful hotel room was clean clean towels every day the usual house keeping. Over all 5 * had a grate time lovely scenery there is a local restaurant down the hill and is run by a Scottish man at route 66 they serve the best full cooked breakfast

Family holiday,amazing place, food fab,staff excellent and so friendly.
Never left the place for the week,girls 9 and 10 had a ball all day and night. Kids hour 8 to 9pm

I love love love this place. The staff were amazing with us and my 3 kids loved Eddie who did the entertainment. He was fantastic with them. Paula the manager was so nice and so were the rest of the staff. Rooms were really clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. We were just above the shop and we had an amazing view to be fair, I wish I knew how to post photos on here as I would show you. Breakfast was beautiful there and so was the food. Not too expensive either. Kids loved the pool area plenty for them to do with the playground there also and the mini football pitch. The pool was a bit chilly but to be fair if your going to base it on this alone your just nitty picking and your greatful of the pool temp when it gets hot. There's plenty of sunbeds available and sun umbrellas too. The local shop attached to the hotel isn't too expensive and we found it handy for our self catering. The hotel offers a drinks package also so if your a big drinker ask them when you check in about upgrading to this. Theirs plenty of little beaches a 5 minute walk away down the bank and the train and buses stop right outside the hotel. We will be returning here in 2020 for our family holiday back to salou. Thankyou for making our stay a fab one.

We have had the pleasure to have fantastic holidays here weve been coming to this hotel for 11 years, it is so clean, cleaners clean your rooms every day except Sundays, all the staff are polite and helpful, food is lovely and very reasonable, entertainment is great, there is a shop on the premises which is reasonable and you can buy almost everything you need in there, the rooms are spacious and decorated well, great value for money

Brilliant Hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Rooms are amazing,cleaned every day . Cap Salou great for a quiet holiday as a small place. Can commute to Salou which is massive, invest in a bus pass if going regular. The road train is a bit pricey. Deffo eat at Route 66

Brilliant hotel! Kids loved it, all staff was friendly, bar man call niko was brilliant took care of all if us the whole week we stayed there brilliant man, would definitely go back.
