It was an amazing stay the one we had! The guest relations team was fabulous as they made sure my partner and I had incredible moments. But to remark the guest relations manager Uxia Castro who take personal care of us. Also Yolanda from la Loggia was lovely and Mr. Adolfo from la Veranda. A place 100% guarantee of relaxation comfort and peace of mind!

I was very lucky to spend a few days at this fabulous property due to a fam trip organized by NH/Minor. The location, facilities and service are world class, loved every aspect of my stay. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful at any time. Food is great as well, we had our thanksgiving dinner at La Veranda. The spa is also fantastic and unique in the whole area. I even went for several swims in the outdoor pool. The golf courses are fantastic and I can’t wait to play them all during my next stay! Big thank you to everyone, you are amazing 🙏🏻

We have enjoyed two days in a real pleasure. The most important thing is that we have been treated exquisitely from the moment of check in to check out.

The employees were always attentive to our daughter and she has made many friends at Anantara Villa Padierna. Details for our daughter in all the restaurants and also every day in the room. The staff capacity is ten. Brilliant.

Of course we must highlight the service in the restaurants and the quality of the product that we notice is treated with a lot of respect and affection. We highlight La Veranda with its offer of tasty and visually beautiful dishes, La Loggia in all its facets: Breakfast, lunch and Italian offer in the evening (Real Italian product).

We will return to the hotel because we want to meet again with employees who are already like friends. And have indescribable sensations.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The service is excellent. The entire experience was just amazing. Loved that the breakfast catered for vegan options. The turnaround time on everything was incredible even though it was a busy time. Having traveled to many places and hotels, this now ranks as one of my favorites. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an excellent hotel with great service.

Addy’s Bar at Villa Padierne has always been my favourite place for exceptional cocktails, food, and atmosphere. Its reputation is unparalleled in the Coast of the Sun. However, an unfortunate incident has happened to me that left some “scars” in my memory and diminished all prior positive experiences.

On a Sunday evening, the three of us spent a day of dining and drinking at Villa Padierne, finishing our evening at Addy’s Bar. After settling our bill, we departed, only for me to later realize that I had forgotten my sunglasses at the bar. My boyfriend promptly contacted the hotel, spoke with the reception, who assured us that my sunglasses would be retrieved and held for pickup. However, upon my return from a week-long trip to Italy, we were met with disappointing news at the reception: my sunglasses had vanished, with no record of them ever being found or logged.

This lapse in service and accountability starkly contrasts with the expectations set by such a high-end establishment. I’m disappointed and unfortunately have no desire to go back, even for a drink. The bitter taste of this experience is further enhanced by the lack of resolving the matter and lack of communication from the hotel staff. Unfortunately all I heard is “We don’t know, we are sorry”. This is definitely not the response you hear from a 5-star hotel.

The true reputation is when you are not only able to provide the ultimate service to your guests, but also able to maintain the standards, especially when it comes to resolving the incidents that has happened at the hotel.

As a hotel should be! I have stayed in many establishments but Anantara Marbella has exceeded my expectations. The interior is beautifully made, with beautiful materials and radiates luxury and tranquility. All the staff are knowledgeable and polite, without being too distant or too personal. The food is tasty and beautifully presented. It might be a good idea to offer not only a la carte in the Veranda restaurant, but also a surprise or choice menu.

What a dream, we loved our stay at this hotel! Amazing amenities and all the staff are extremely attentive, especially the lovely Encarni from the loggia restaurant. Food delicious, everything clean and spacious. Will definitely be back to this little paradise.

Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful. There is a valet car parking charge of €18 per night which is reasonable but given the high price of this hotel, it could have been free. Breakfast was great except the coffee machine which gave different quality of coffee every day and mostly unacceptable standard for coffee drinker unless you are used to drinking instant coffee. The pool was beautiful. You will need a car or taxis to go in and out of this hotel as it is placed within residential areas and a golf course.

Best hotel to stay in, it’s a gem in Marbella.
The service level is insane, I came here with my husband for our honeymoon and honestly we don’t wanna leave. All staff are very polite professional and very friendly. They surprised with with a bottle of champagne and strawberries coated with chocolate omg delicious , food here is insane nothing but top quality. Room is very spacious with the terrace and view is incredible. It’s by far my favorite hotel i have ever visited. Thank you for marking our honeymoon extra special 🥰

Our experience at Anantara Marbella were undeniably extraordinary. The regal amenities of the palace imbued each moment with a profound sense of luxury, while the staff's extraordinary affability and accommodation fostered a genuine feeling of homeliness. I am profoundly appreciative of Eduardo for his exceptional diligence and attentiveness; his efforts transcended the ordinary, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

In summation, Anantara Marbella surpassed all preconceptions, seamlessly blending opulence, warm hospitality, and epicurean delights. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and eagerly anticipate my forthcoming return for yet another indelible experience.

First impression as you arrive - the sheer size of it. Like you look on the website and you see how big it is, but it doesn’t prepare you for how big it REALLY is when you are there. And how much it spreads around the area. (I think they also have like holiday homes on the grounds)
Anyways we are met as the cab pulls up to the entry, our bags taken and we are guided to the reception where we are checked in and taken to our rooms via a quick mini tour of the restaurants/spa.
Room - well, what can I say, simply stunning. Massive bed (must be a super duper king or something), beautiful furniture, at least a 50 inch TV. And most importantly A/C that chills you very so beautifully.
Bathroom - his and hers sinks, shower & a bathtub - plus a separate toilet & bide portion.
And the views, oh breathtaking. Green grass and sunshine.
Being on a resort you really have to eat in the restaurants - unless you want to go into town, which was not an option for us. We were lazy. And also town (Marbella) is about 10km or so away - ain’t nobody got time for that.
The food was lovely - all fresh, mostly healthy, and all with a smile. Breakfast is always my best meal when am on holiday, and this is up there with the best of them. Fresh honey on the combs, fresh fruits, cheeses and eggs and oh you name it they had it.
The pool is not massive but positioned in a such a place that it gets the sun when it needs it - and the water feels like butter on your skin. Also all the trees planted around makes it feel like you are in the jungle, on a river that’s not flowing.
The Spa has the most amazing treatments - we had a massage, manicure & pedicure. And I have to commend Joyce who did my nails - she was wonderful. My hands/feet have never felt better. Thank you so much!!!
A really relaxing time was had enjoying all the wonderful amenities - and the concierge did everything to make our stay brilliant. I have to add that the idea of having the concierge service on WhatsApp is just brilliant - if only all companies can do the same, communication will be so much easier and life will be simpler.

My friends and I had the pleasure of visiting this exquisite palace for a restaurant experience, and we were blown away by the level of excellence we encountered. The staff at the palace were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt like royalty throughout our evening. The food was nothing short of extravagant, with a delightful array of Mediterranean dishes that left our taste buds in awe. Adding to the magical ambiance was a live performance by a talented Frank Sinatra singer, creating an atmosphere of pure elegance. This was a celebration fit for royalty, and we were privileged to be a part of it. The beauty and wonder of Anantara Villa Padierna Palace truly make it a destination worth experiencing.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Both times have been outstanding. The service is second to none. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable (the bed being one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced) the pool area is beautiful & the food is fantastic. My husband & I visited for a break without our children & this hotel gives us everything we need. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay extra special. We will most certainly be back!!

This is already my second stay at this hotel chain. It's a very good hotel, with many amenities. There's a vast area with golf fields, very good breakfast, nicely decorated rooms, and an overall stylish hotel. Just remember that parking is an additional cost - €18 per day. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel and pulled up to the front door, we were denied access to the parking and had to drive to park and then walk with our suitcases - a bit strange for a 5-star hotel. Despite this incident, we were satisfied with the hotel and service. The only thing that could be improved was the view from our room.

Absolutely astounding hotel in a beautiful and quiet location. Best hotel in Marbella in my opinion. Overlooking the golf course and it’s huge lake. Several restaurants and an enormous spa!
