Excellence Rent a Car La Pineda

Best recommendations. We had car booking, but due to certain circumstances we had to cancel it one day before the pick up. Asta, the lady who works there, was very understanding, she canceled the reservation and returned all the money. We are grateful to her for her flexibility, promptness and pleasant communication. We will definitely choose this company next time!

Highly recommend for any tourists!

Booked online via the website / the smart car for next day at 9am. Received a phone call straight away to say I could collect at 2pm next day. However, this was too late so they offered the car for the following day at midday. I needed the car early morning so they provided a fiat 500 convertible at no additional cost to accommodate the trip that I had planned.

Nicolas met us at la Pineda palas hotel, he called to let us know he had arrived and was on time! He was very friendly, spoke English well and handled everything from start to finish very smoothly. Thank you for the parking tips / advice!

We called the number to say we would be arriving back at the hotel in 20 minutes and Nicolas was there before us to collect the car back off us.

Hired cars in Spain for years, usually europcar or hertz or gold car. You always have to queue at the airport office which adds an hour to your Journey!
These guys meet you as you come through passport control, literally straight in the car.
We collected the car at Barcelona airport, used it for a week driving around Spain and returned it to our second destination (where we no longer needed a car) in La Pineda right next to our hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They live up to their name of excellencerent. Would definitely recommend them and won’t use anyone else in the future. Hired car from their website and paid, but didn’t give you the option for the excess waiver (which I always buy) this wasn’t an issue as they had a card machine with them when they met us and I paid it then. I just emailed before to say I would like to add it. Don’t hesitate to use them.

Excelente servicio!!! Sin duda repetiría. He alquilado un coche durante un mes, todo de 12 desde el trato recibido de Nico, a la puntualidad, el lugar donde te lo dejan según tus circunstancias, se adaptan a ti en todo, el servicio del coche, precio. Excelente servicio! Nico nos trajo el auto a la puerta del departamento y lo vino a buscar el día de entrega, un lujo. Excelente servicio, atención y el auto estaba IMPECABLE, autazo el Corsa.
Nos fuimos desde La Pineda a recorrer Costa Brava durante dos días, un paseo muy recomendable para hacer playa.

В отпуске я всегда беру машину в аэропорту, но в Ксталонии решил взять чуть попозже уже в отеле. Хотя сотрудник сказал, что и в аэропорт без проблем доставили бы машинку.
Созвонился по ватсапу, всё рассказали, всё обсудили. Цены очень приятные как по самой аренде, так и по залогу. Выбор машин большой, от махоньких до люксовых. Оплату предложили хоть картой, хоть налом, что в наше время редкость. Фотки документов скинул по ватсапу, машинку привезли к отелю вовремя уже с оформленными документами, поставил подпись, взял ключи и всё. Машина была с пробегом 1 тыс. Можно сказать вообще нулёвая 😊
В общем компания отличная. Рекомендую всем.

Арендовывал авто в компании 3 раза в период отпуска. Все три раза качество предоставляемой услуги были на высоте. Автомобили свежие, комфортные, чистота салона, своевременная подача в любое оговоренное время. Высокая клиентоориентированность, позволяет с удовольствием пользоваться их сервисом.

Spontaniškai dieną prieš sugalvojome, kad norime išsinuomoti automobilį ir paskambinus jiems - jokių problemų nekilo, į visus klausimus buvo atsakyta. Pokalbis vyko lietuvių kalba, kas irgi nustebino. Viskas buvo sklandžiai, t.y. taip, kaip susitarėme. Kadangi įmonė turi sutartį su Cala Font viešbučiu, tai privežė ir atsiėmė automobilį nuo viešbučio. Rekomenduoju :)
