Giants and Bigheads Procession

This is a great parade for young and old.

The giants are on stilts. It's amazing how they manage to walk for several hours, it must be exhausting for them.

The big heads are just that.

An enormous head, made of paper maché or polystyrene, is put over the body, reaching down to about the knees on smaller people.

Music, of course, and it's all in daylight early evening so the children come to see it

Just before the main fair starts up in the fairground, they have this fun procession for the children early in the evening.
