The Estepona Old Quarter Casco Antiguo

Nothing like a summer night walk in old town Estepona. Such an authentic place, vibrant, full of colors, flowers and lifestyle.

You can park in the underground car park under the seafront promenade (the one under Cenyt or the one with entrance via the roundabout at Juan Carlos I Avenue) and walk through to the pedestrianised Calle Real to Calle Terraza. This is a great starting point.

So many things to see: Plaza las Flores, Clock Tower, Old Town Hall… get lost in the narrow streets full of colors. There are flowers everywhere.

Many great dining options here. You can find anything you can think of.

What a beautiful town with its own character. Take a walk and just loose yourself in this old town and you will still discover something new at every corner and at every square.

This is a nice old neighborhood with attractive homes and lovely potted plants.

Andalusia is famous for its white villages, which are up in the mountains mainly. Estepona is on the sea with a very long stretch of beach, but it is also a white town, but the most colourful white town ever, as the casco antiguo old centre is filled with thousands of flowerpots big and small with wonderful displays of flowering shrubs and plants.
It's quite amazing to see a beautiful street so colourful and well kept, then the next one is just as good, the third perhaps even better, and so on. There must be a hundred or so of these pretty streets and little squares, a real delight to visit.

Il semblerait que ce soit le plus vieux quartier d'Estepona. Les habitations sont en chaux moins lisse qu'ailleurs dans la ville ce qui donne tout son charme. Un endroit au mille couleurs.
A ne surtout pas manquer si l'on est dans le secteur.

Ruta por el casco antiguo de Estepona siguiendo la ruta "paso a paso". Este folleto se puede descargar en la página web de turismo de Estepona. Comienza el paseo en la Plaza de las Flores y recorriendo calles típicas famosas por sus flores se descubren lugares como los restos del Castillo de San Luis, la Plaza de Blas Infante, la calle Villa con restos de una Villa Romana, la Torre del Reloj y la Iglesia de los Remedios entre otros. Algunos tramos de las calles tienen una pendiente superior al 6%.

Bardzo fajne urokliwe miejsce. Warto się przejść tymi wąskimi uliczkami... w damy sercu można znaleźć lodziarnie, restaurację i ładny kościółek.
