Water dam next to the main road. Wonderful views, great area for hiking, walking. Turquoise waters all around. Perfect place for a quick pit stop. Parking space is limited next to the road.

Lovely stop from Ronda down to the coast; the road is quite picturesque. The dam is not flowing so not as pretty as normal. There is a cafe and local free parking, but the parking lot was quite narrow. Pass over the dam, and there are more spaces up the hill with better views.

Very peacefull place full of beauty and different kind of options surrounded by a wonderfull nature and panoramas.. lovers of nature will be delighted. History makes it even much nicer where human and nature can mix very well together. A must to do. On the list to redo

The lakes in the summer are an amazing turquoise colour. Highly recommended a visit if you are in the area.
