Apartamento con inmejorable ubicación. Y Pilar, la anfitriona fantástica. Muy atenta a cualquier incidencia.

Sehr schönes kleines Appartement mitten in Benahavis. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Pilar ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat sich super um alles gekümmert.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, con una llimpieza esmerada,las camas son confortables, el menaje de cocina es muy completo y la llave con código es todo un acierto.

Nice apartment close to beach, old Town and the center of Marbella. Perfect for us through 5 nights.

Booked Casa Mena for four nights in March for my wife and myself
Met with the owner and paid cash for our stay
Unfortunately the apartment was very cold telephoned The owner and explained that we where unable to get any heat into the apartment
She visited and set the air con to heat for us and we then went for something to eat to allow for the apartment to warm up
Unfortunately on our return after a few hours the apartment was still extremely cold!
Again contacted the owner to say we would be willing to buy some heaters or would have to find alternate accommodation
The owner did not want us to get heaters but would reimburse us and did not want to an unhappy client
I later contacted the owner with my bank details but she was unwilling to return our money and would put it towards the next time we stopped at Casa Mena
I was extremely shocked as on two occasions she promised. To return our money
As to date no money has been returned although I have asked this to be done her reply was “There was nothing wrong with the air con”
