Perfect! What a beautiful setting with incredible food and great service! The seafood paella was delicious, and one of the best tiramisu I’ve had! Couldn’t fault this restaurant, a perfect evening, thank you!

Delicious food (highly recommend the shrimp ceviche) and fantastic service. We went there with our two small kids and Manuel, the waiter, was amazing with them - providing not just great service to us but also entertaining the kids and making sure they have a good time, too.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Spanish restaurant at lunchtime. I hat the avocado and prawn salad and ot was delicious.
For a lunch for 4 people it was very reasonable.

We have coming here on family holidays for over 6 years. The staff are fantastic. They are friendly & attentive & nothing is too much trouble for them.
The restaurant is situated in the centre of a beautiful little village, high in the mountains, giving it an authentic Spanish feel.
Will be coming back for many years to come..

We recently took a day trip to Benahavis from Marbella as my business client wanted to show me a piece of property he is thinking of buying. Benahavis in general is beautiful and idylic town, but El Guarda was where we chose to have tapas after surveying the other cafes around the town. We were given the best of service, delicious food and the wine was exceptional.

Hemos comido en familia. Ayer para llevar y hoy en el restaurante.
Ayer comimos COCHINILLO, Sin palabras, ESPECTACULAR.
Y hoy hemos comido variado. Servicio atento y rápido. Muy recomendable y con precios muy buenos.

Cuisine locale de bonne qualité. Serveurs au top. Cuisine à la hauteur du plat. Exemple queue de bœuf super ...mais il y a un peu de gras. Voir photos

EXCELENTE!!! Todo perfecto, la atención del personal genial, y la comida ni hablar! Nos han traído una ensalada rusa por parte de la casa lo que ha sido un gran detalle, luego pedimos tartar de salmón al limón y como segundo plato venado al Pedro Ximenez, delicioso!!! El venado ha tardado en salir, pero se nota que no lo tenían pre hecho, sino que lo hicieron para nosotros, valió la pena la espera. Todo a compartir, los precios han sido lógicos para la calidad. El sitio encantador al igual que el pueblo, hemos comido en la terraza y respetando el protocolo de seguridad. Hemos salido encantados y seguro volveremos!

Un lugar con encanto, tanto dentro como en la terraza ,la comida compite en calidad con la atención de su personal , especial agradecimiento a nuestro camarero ,pendiente de asesorarnos en todo e incluso avisar de la caída por descuido de nuestros efectos personales ,con lo que nos salvó con ello las vacaciones .
