Sierra Nevada

I live it, have been at least 25 times over 25 years. A gem in the south of Spain. A huge mountain with a prominence so dramatic that it brings the best (sunny) and worst (wind and fog) weather I’ve experienced during my professional skiing career.

Friendly people, big (noisy!) parties and many people on weekends guarantee infinite fun.

The online ticket purchasing process was possibly designed by George Orwell as inspiration for 1984

Went there for the day with friends and we had a great time. Very busy but the scenery was breathtaking lots of things to do with young one's. Lots to eat and drink too.

Sierra Nevada is a beautiful mountain, the instructors are very kind and the mountains are stunning! The only problem is that the lines take ages if you want to go on the green.(but that's expected 😋😉) highly recommend!😊

Nice ski holiday village. Good installments for skiers, peaceful environment and beautiful views. Good to go with family or friends.

Magical place.

Welcoming with good slopes. Great value ski resort, fab restaurants and well kept by the locals/council.

It was a lot of fun, we tried sledding and tubing at the mirlo blanco. Highly recommend the trineo ruso as well.

Sierra Nevada is a fantastic region of Spain within easy reach of the airports at Malaga, Almeria or Granada the scenery is spectacular and the walking is fantastic, great villages, great food, a wonderful place.

Lovely to be able to Ski one day and then Swim the next. Very cool parking underground and taking the lift up to the town centre. The one downside for me was £50 for three of us as pedestrians to go to the top for 1 hour, surely a ski pass is less?

Came during summer. Parked our car in Pradollano. Took cable car to mid summit and hiked our way to the peak. Cable car costs were 20 euros 2-way. Well worth it. Definitely recommend this place

Only been here and one time in Italy. Absolutely love the big wide slopes, the views of Granada and the mountains around.
And you can’t beat the weather. ☀ Skiing in +5-10 degrees… gotta love it 😎

Nice place for skiing, if you dont want the crowds dont go during the weekend.

Great day. Lots of snow, sun out and very hot. Lots of instructors. Small queue for ski lifts but not a long wait. Longer queues for the ramps for each lower ski slopes.
Lots of eating places.

I am impressed with how much beautiful this resort of above 2000 meter elevation with its ski slopes and views to Granada

Randomly found this ski resort over my holiday in Spain. I guess beginning of the season, quite few people.

Booked parking, gear and day ticket all together from the home page with single payment.
Homepage randomly likes to switch Spanish / English, but generally ok.

Fantastic place for Ski lovers. The snow ranges are mind blowing. The restaurant inside the resort also offer amazing dishes. I would recommend it to anyone that wants some adventure and adrenaline pump. Still an amazing ski resort.

Took a drive up after lunch and shopping in the nevada mall. Amazing views and excellent opportunity to see skiers and snowboarder enjoying the slopes. A nu.ber of bars and restuarants

The first real snow experience for my son. Great place!

Awesome place for family, although be ready to pay any snow activities, because there aren't almost any public places where the people can enjoy the snow without paying money.

The only place where we found a place for us to play in the snow was "Hoya de la Mora" it's like a park where people come with their cars up in the Sierra Nevada mountain, car par is free and kids can play with their own sledges, you will everyone doing the same.
