A cool and peaceful spot by a mountain stream. The main reason to come here is the food, which is perfectly balanced and professionally cooked.
There's plenty of choice but, from a personal perspective, the bean, pork and apple tapa, and the artichoke and ham starter, both represent country cooking at its best.

This hotel is simply beautiful. We've called in a few times for drinks, during our visit to Ronda. The setting, alongside the river is idyllic. The staff are very friendly and offer a very warm welcome. The terraces are so well cared for, and relaxing to sit for a drink and listen to nature. When we visit the area next we will stay here.

We didn’t stay at the Molino hotel, only had lunch at their restaurant and our experience was exceptional. The terrace is filled with greenery and flowers, well shaded and so charming. We shared a menu and another dish between my husband, and I and that was enough. Everything we had was delicious. But the real superstar here was Francisco our waiter. His level of attention to us, our baby and our dog was top notch. I don’t usually write reviews but Francisco deserved all the recognition and appreciation. We will definitely come back.

What a wonderful break in the mountains.

Having completed the Kings Walk at El Caminito del Ray that morning, we arrived at El Milino Del Santo just in time for lunch and a much deserved cool swim. Our large room had a lovely balcony overlooking the stunning grounds, pool and mountains in the background. We had a salad lunch accompanied by a couple of bottles of Cloe Rose, more dips and snoozing by the pool before cleaning up for a wonderful 3 course diner. All accompanies by a couple of lovely wines from the Rhonda region. The next day, breakfast followed by a swim then a lazy morning in the shade of the gardens. As our room was not booked for the following evening, we were allowed to leave our belongings in our room till 5pm. So what was going to be bed and breakfast, ended up as two fantastic salad lunches and two great evening meals.

What a relaxing place to stay! A small hotel set in a quiet and beautiful location. The staff and management were most helpful with a special thanks to Victor for his great help and cheerful nature.
The food served in the evening was delicious and breakfast offered a variety of choices.
The grounds and swimming pool were very well maintained.
Definitely worth a stay if you're thinking of visiting Rhonda.

We love molino del santo.
For lots of reasons. Friendly staff, lovely home made food. Very pretty location outside Ronda. This is our 6th visit, we’re definitely coming back.

Food (breakfast, lunch + dinner) was AMAZING. Victor (sweetest man ever!) and Moises (gave the BEST service) were our waiters. The rest of the staff were also amazing. Especially reception staff who were extremely helpful and flexible...they made our trip even better.

100% recommend.

Wonderful hotel set in the mountains of Andalusia. Expertly developed from an old mill, but still retains a rustic charm. Lovely pool and flora.Warm, friendly but very professional staff.

Delightful find. Lovely fresh rooms. Really genuinely helpful and friendly staff. There are a varied selection of private places to enjoy a private drink in the gardens. Pool with terraces. Good generous breakfast, restaurant has a good selection of well cooked and presented food for all tastes.

Coming from a dryer part of Andalucia we were startled and impressed at the same time from the wonderful noise generated by the force of the river. The river originates out of the mouth of the mountain only 200m above the Molino. Truly impressive.

We only ate at the restaurant, but did so twice in one week as the food was so good.

We've been visiting for many tears and the quality is still spot on!!

Wonderful place in magical setting next to a rushing stream. The people here are very welcoming and attentive. The rooms have views of the pool, the river or the surrounding mountains. The bed are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant alone is worth the trip to this somewhat remote and peaceful place. Ronda is only a 15 min drive away but you might not want to ever leave here. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was excellent! It's a little out of the way, so glad we had GPS to find it. The staff were attentive, and the food was spectacular! While not inexpensive, it's Well worth the price. It's also a hotel, and looks to be a charming place to stay. It's the first restaurant I've ever been to where they had disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste in the bathrooms for the patrons usage after eating! Awesome!!

The best place to go and chill out. Lovely walks in the area and then return to the pool and a cold beer, in the evening, the restaurant serves amazing food. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous and the breakfast is sooo worth getting up early for (not that you have to be early). If we ever feel like treating ourselves, this is where we'll come. 10/10

The hotel was a gem! We stayed for one night and had a chance to do some hiking in the area. The restaurant was quite good with a wide selection of dishes for all tastes. The room we stayed in had a wonderful patio area that overlooked the pool and the mountain scenery. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful first stay. Staff are friendly, professional, helpful and considerate. Setting is stunning, the property itself packed with character, a lot retained from its watermill past, but a lot more added through tastefully restrained renovation. Speaking of taste, we ate from the restaurant or bar menu every day and were never disappointed. Tough to fault, so why try?

What a stunning location! We have just got back from 3 night's stay.
Pauline and Andy make you feel so welcome, the staff are like their extended family, so friendly and the service was great. Food fantastic and goos choice of wines. The walks around the village are beautiful and it shows the real Spain. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you again.
