Hotel Cortijo Las Piletas

We loved it here. It is small and comfortable. There are many hikes in the area. The local advice from the owner is invaluable! There is an "honesty bar" where one can buy snacks/drinks as well as other items such as stew etc to heat up in the microwave. It is close enough to Ronda to easily drive in for dinner. The pool is lovely.

Fantastic! This was our favorite stop of the trip and we wished we would have booked at least 2 nights. The pool was a delightful place to spend the afternoon relaxing, and I would highly recommend having a full dinner there if possible. The patio, the wine, the food - it’s all done with passion and love. It was truly exceptional. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The owner was welcoming and gracious. Ronda was lovely to explore and a nice change of pace and atmosphere compared to the larger cities. If you are looking for a gem of a place to unwind, this is it.

I highly recommend this place to people who are traveling by car and are looking for a budget friendly relaxed stay in a quiet place surrounded by the beautiful Andalusian landscape. Best location for exploring Ronda white villages by car. The hotel is privately owned by a couple and the owners are very welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional stay for their guests. This is the best rate you can get for a clean hotel in a serene landsape with 24 hrs pool and free parking. They even offer lower rates for solo travelers which I found very helpful.

A simple breakfast buffet is freshly prepared every morning and served from 8 to 11 for €8/person. Self serve snacks and drinks are available 24 hrs. This facility doesn't have a restaurant and a bar area with servers in case that's a must have for you. There's a small restaurant right across the road from the hotel with limited hrs. But if you drive for 20 min to Ronda, you'll have plenty of options that are open till late at night.

We were warmly welcomed. Our host was very nice and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and places to visit.
It's only a few minutes by car to Ronda. And you can discover many great places from here.

The breakfast was particularly good and made you feel like you were staying at a private host.
There was no big buffet, but good coffee, fresh juice and great quality.

If we would be around Ronda again, we definitely will book again at this Hotel.

We had a great one night stay with Eli and her family while on a biking tour of the White Villages. It is a lovely old farm that has been in their family for a couple of hundred years. It is very peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend it to any and all who love being out in the countryside.

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The owner was really nice and breakfast was good and, very generous. The gardens and pool were lovely although the water was a tad "fresh", it was the end of September though! The surrounding and views were breathtaking and a bird watching paradise.
I can't think of anything negative to say! Thank you for a lovely relaxing couple of days.

Went for a family occasion and loved it. The place was so perfectly tranquil with a lovely pool.

The rooms are spacious and very well finished. The food from the place is simple but very tasty.

And as for the surrounding area, you will not get bored.

Great experience! The hotel is very well kept and clean. The whole hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. My family had a great time. So tranquil and quiet I loved just sitting outside and watching the clouds roll past.

Lovely place! Good room, pool area very pleasant to sit by. We had an evening meal in the courtyard which was a delightful area. There is even a good lounge for post dinner drinks etc

The hosts,especially, Elisenda,treated me with genuine care and respect. I came here to find rest,relaxation and easy access to the rest of Andalusia. I found all three. If you want rest,clean rooms, good food,a wonderful view in nature and knowledgeable hosts with a passion for their country then come here. You won't be disappointed. Of all the places we've visited in a pretty eventful life I think i can safely say that Las Piletas is right up there in the top three -a the very least. From the welcome from Elisenda to Pablo's sublime local cooking, to the fact that you can have breakfast whenever you want and the utter peace and quiet. I cannot wait to return.

Lovely cortijo, rooms are rustic but chic, pool is great, Elisendar a great host. The food is good quality, locally sourced. Really enjoyed our visit

The same as our last stay everything was excellent, the food was, the room was and the owners could not be more helpful and accommodating. The grounds are lovely and it's very peaceful.
