Very helpful host lovely spacious house, great veranda and very good for position not to far away from the centre of xàbia, great pool, only comment is the house crockery was needing replacing as was the pool furniture, if this was done then the house would be able to command a higher rent thanks raul we really enjoyed our stay. 😊👍

wir haben in dieser schönen villa seniola im spanischen stil unseren 3 wöchigen sommerurlaub juli/augist 2012 mit 4 erwachsenen und 6 kindern verbracht und sind voll und ganz begeistert gewesen.
die villa ist super grosszügig geschnitten und bietet jeden komfort um unbeschwerte urlaubswochen dort verbringen zu können.
besonders wichtig bei temperaturen um die 35 grad und luftfeuchte werten von 85% waren für uns unter anderem die funktionierende klimaanlage.
jeder raum ist klimatisiert und die mitsubishi klimaanlage hat unsere schlafzimmer auf absolut schlaffreundliche 16 grad heruntergekühlt.
der pool wir alle 3 tage vom super netten vermieter raül gepflegt.
wöchentlich gab es neue wäsche und alles wurde uns blitzblank und sauber übergeben.
die umgebung bietet einen weiten blick in das land und die nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und teilweise einheimisch.
ein gemauerter grill und die aussen liegende waschmaschine neben der kleinen outdoor spüle runden das ganze bild prima ab.
die finanzielle abwicklung angefangen von der anzahlung bis zur kaution waren ebenfalls 1A.
die kaution haben wir uns per banktransfer zurücküberweisen lassen da wir geplant eher abreisen mussten. sie war genau 2 tage später auf dem konto.
wir können die villa und vor allem herrn raül monserrat als vermieter absolut und uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten besuch dort.

we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday time in villa seniola in july/august 2012 with 4 adults and 6 children
the house is gorgeous, widely cut, with really enough space for 10 people and ideal to have a pleasant stay there.
with temperaturs at about 35 degress and a humidity at about 85% it was important for us to have a working air condition. and you really get a working airocondition there in every room; making it possible to cool down your bedroom down to 16 dregrees to sleep well.
the pool was maintained every 3 days very early in the morning by the super friendly host raül monserrat personally and you get fresh clothing/towels every week.
the villa was given to us freshly cleaned and really everything was perfectly working, starting with the outdoor washing machine, bbq, the sat dish and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
also the financial transactions were running perfectly.
even if we had to leave slightly earlier and couldnt receive the deposit personally the deposit of 300 euros was sent by banktransfer arriving 3 days later on our account.
so all over, let me say, we never had such a friendly host like raul and enjoyed our stay therer in villa seniola that we cant wait to get back there in one of our next holidays.
in other words: this villa is 6 star and raül is a 6 star host ! :)

Gran casa para pasar las vacaciones con mucho espacio. Disfrutamos nuestra vacaciones de verano, eramos familia con 6 adultos y 4 niños. Situación tranquila. Volveremos
