Very popular restaurant with a lovely garden area to eat and also a huge indoor space. Very typical and tasty Alpujarra dishes, to call the portions generous, is an understatement. Waiter very friendly, speaks English, and if you insist on trying out your Spanish accommodates you by speaking slowly and articulated.
The coffee is excellent, and the wine list is quite impressive, especially the prices! You can only dream about paying so little down on the coast.

This is the place to go to for great local food. The value is insane - you pay dimes for a high quality food in very large portions (take 1 main dish per person max). The paella - insane. The croquetas great as well. While waiting for our food, we got great snacks and drinks. The service is very nice and kind, making sure the experience is great. Heavily recommended.

Update: if you didn’t order sth to eat (lunch dinner etc) you need to come back. Enormous meal sizes as well. One of best food in Andalusia we had so far.

Antonio from The legendary family of Teide had given us an unforgettable experience when we visit here. First the hospitality, all out requests are greet and met with upmost satisfaction. Antonio even showed us the amazing picture la he took for the view seeing the sea and Africa from the balcony. Secondly, the food, the perfect marble of the Jamõn mix with the amazing pork sauce made us dance like crazy. Hahah the soft goat meat also a new highlight of our trip. Thirdly, the location and view, absolutely breathtaking.

If you want to taste genuine home spanish cuisine - that's the place; beautiful mountain views are free 😎. Sopa de picadillo, sopa alpujarrena, croquetas and paella made our day.

This is one of my favourite places. The staff and people are always friendly, the beer and tapas are first class and the food is excellent. We went for an evening meal and it was very busy, fortunately we booked earlier while having a beer........ and tapas! You can't fault it, very professional but with a homely feel. Can't wait to be back.

Amazing not to be missed. This is the kind of place you wish was just round the corner from your house . The service is exceptional as is the food. We turned up one day 3 minute's before the end of afternoon service and by the time as a group we'd ordered it was a good 20min after and no falter in service It was testament to them fantastic regional food in a fantastic restaurant, great bar , amazing setting not to be missed

This is one of the best places to eat in Bubión. The food is always excellent, the portions generous and it's sensibly priced. The large dining room has great views over the valley. If you're just coming to Bubión for the day, aim to have lunch here and you certainly won't be disappointed.
