The food is traditional and very tasty, and atmosphere is lovely , cute and quite romantic . Highly recommended !

The restaurant is a part of a beautiful picturesque medieval hotel situated in the Castle 🏰 of Castellar on the top of the high hill with the lake at the bottom.
You will have to park and then walk into the castle and follow the narrow street full of beautiful potted plants spread along the white washed street. The restaurant doesn’t have outdoor terraces, but is quite cozy inside.

Cozy restaurant (the only one?) right by the castle. Their vegetarian burger even was vegan and tasted amazing. Be prepared for more of a skinny burger (without the bun) though. The naked patties were delicious and a nice mix of veggies and mushrooms (I suppose even porcini). Would be great to label as vegan on the menu right away so it's easier to spot :) Loved it so much that I ordered a second main course just for myself...

This is one of the best restaurants and front desk services you can get in Spain. Every time I’m here it’s amazing!

Lovely restaurant within the castle walls. Quite an upmarket place, but with reasonable prices. Partner had venison in red wine and I had Salmon on a black rice risotto with asparagus. Portions were generous but we squeezed in puddings, a cheesecake for him and a turron mousse for me which was exquisite. Serving staff were efficient and polite and the building was atmospheric.

We had lunch and we enjoyed very much every meal. 🥘 The place is cozy, the staff is friendly and welcoming. ✨

Really enjoyed my meal here, had the Choco croquetas en aioli de su tinta and the venison dish in red wine. Very nice and good service.

The pork loin and potatoes was absolutely delicious, and the rolls with a nice crisp crust was a bonus.

Really great find and with good prices. Deer and wild boar meat dishes 13-16€ and big portions.

For vegan options, the server recommended the salad without cheese and the artichokes without ham, which were both amazing. I was fully prepared to just have the bread and call it a day but they were very accommodating!

Ottimo posto , il ragazzo che ci ha servito simpatico e molto gentile . Avevamo la prenotazione alle 20;30 ma , a causa di un nostro imprevisto, ce l'hanno gentilmente spostata di due ore ed abbiamo mangiato davvero bene , tutte le portate erano gustose ed abbondanti.
