Restaurante Galoria

We recently visited this restaurant and were thoroughly impressed with both the food and the ambiance. The blood sausage and pig ears were particularly delicious, with a unique presentation. The menu also featured several seasonal dishes, like pheasant and quail, as it’s hunting season. All desserts were homemade and incredibly tasty.
The restaurant boasts a spacious and cozy terrace, perfect for family dining. Our children were happy, and so were we. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful people run this establishment that serves excellent, well-prepared food. We recently landed in Madrid, and needed to drive up north for 4h, so Lerma is the perfect spot to stop for lunch. I had never been to Galoria, in fact it was a complete coincidence that we ended up eating here (we wanted to make sure we could eat outside in a terrace instead of indoors, due to COVID19). The hostess, whose name - if I recall correctly - was Francis, was a delightful woman who not only told us about the food we could choose, but told us about the town, about the years they've been in business, how she and her husband (Gustavo, I think she said), who is the actual chef, started the restaurant... Honestly I felt like I had just made new friends, they were that warm and wonderful. The food was simply spectacular: from the awesome appetizers, the excellent octopus, salad, meats and tartar we ordered, to the desserts - I recommend the chocolate cake with dry orange I ordered, it was amazing. The place is beautiful, the people are wonderful, the food is delicious. If you happen to be around the town of Lerma, perhaps driving around the country like we were, you will not regret stopping by this restaurant. It was easily one of the best experiences I've had in years.

Very delicious food and great service! We came without reservation and the restaurant was not open, but they're willing to open the kitchen just for the four of us. Very kind and warm service!

An excellent place with really nice terrace where you can enjoy its lovely food: hamburguers are very taste and they have very good quality/price. It is a must in Lerma!

We had a lovely meal here. The venison (corzo) was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever tried and coupled with the mushroom, it was delicious. The desserts we had were great too, and a welcome change from the norm. The outside area is so different from other restaurants, it really made the whole experience. Lovely owners. Well worth it.

A lovely little hidden gem in the historic center of Lerma. We had such a pleasant lunch here today. The garden was beautiful and relaxing. The food was great and the staff was so friendly. One of the hostesses saw that I was interested in the details of the building and, since we were the last of the lunch crowd, offered to show me the upper dining room and tell me a little of the history. It's clear the entire restaurant was lovingly restored. Thank you to the staff and owner for the lovely experience.

My first impression was a journey to the Wonderland and I was completely enchanted. The decor invited the eye to wander. Also the food is fantastic. Although more expensive than in most places, it's worth every cent, as the combined flavours really create an explosion of sensations in your mouth. Delicious! 5 out of 5!

The only thing stopping it from perfection right now is the music could be louder. And that is being very very picky. It's a gem of a place.

Pedimos unos cuantos entrantes para compartir y luego un plato principal de segundo cada uno. Todo delicioso pero kas croquetas de jamón estuvieron de lo mejor.
De segundo todo también espectacular, en especial el solomillo Wellington. El servicio fue muy amable y atento. Salimos por 50€/persona con vino y postres.

Un lugar original en Lerma (Burgos) para disfrutar de un producto bien elaborado, un servicio sencillo y atento, y limpieza en el local.
Se puede consumir tanto en la espectacular y acogedora terraza como dentro del local.
